Welcome to your I Am Affirmations audio.
The most effective time to listen to these is first thing in the morning or at some point after your meditation,
But you can listen and repeat at any time of the day.
The more often you listen to these and repeat them with heartfelt intention,
The more they will become part of your very being.
Each affirmation is already true.
As you repeat them from the energy of your heart,
You will find their truth shines bright.
Always allow the affirmation to create a feeling within your body.
Notice where you feel it.
And when you feel the power of the positive emotion in your body,
Allow it to soak in.
Take a deep breath and after you exhale fully,
Repeat out loud,
Preferably into a mirror or silently to yourself the following,
Breathing in.
