Welcome to your Positive Habit Sleep Time Hypnotherapy Audio.
This recording is designed to help you to cultivate the habit of changing how you think while you sleep.
It will program your mind with positive emotional habits that will become more and more automatic for you the more often you listen to this.
It is effortless and easy.
Trust me to guide you.
Trust the Divine Light in your heart.
You will sleep peacefully and wake tomorrow fully refreshed,
Full of positive energy when you wake.
And you will listen to your seven minute morning ritual.
You will start the day feeling motivated,
Grateful and full of joy.
This is becoming a habit for you,
Automatic and easy.
Any old stresses and strains that used to cause negativity no longer bother you or disturb you in the same way.
As these changes happen at a subconscious level,
You may not fully understand how or why you feel more positive in your life.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes now if you haven't already done so.
And let all of your attention drop towards your heart center.
Imagine a beautiful light in your heart that keeps pulling your attention inwards.
Breathe deeply into your belly for the duration of this session.
Allow your exhales to be longer than your inhales.
You will notice that each breath is different,
Each one unique,
Just like you are.
This is the Divine Light of Love within you and it is always there,
Always present.
Keep your gaze down and in.
Whatever thoughts go through your mind now,
Let them be,
Accepting them with kindness and with time they will soften.
Together we will retreat into silence.
Anchor your attention on my voice and at the same time,
If and when your mind wanders,
Let it drift.
Let it sink into a deep inner peace.
You take this time to embrace yourself with love and compassion each night as you prepare for a deep restart of sleep.
Notice how your body feels,
Is there any tension or blocked energy?
Imagine breathing your Divine Light into that space and with each breath the tension can slowly dissipate.
You accept each moment just as it is.
Each time you hear the words deeper relaxed you may choose to notice yourself going ten times deeper.
We are going to a place inside of you where everything is quiet and still.
A place beyond and above thought.
This place of peace awaits you now.
In a moment I will ask you to open and close your eyes and when you close your eyes your mind and body will let go a little bit more.
Take a long deep breath deep into your belly until you reach the top of your breath and hold it to the mental count of four.
Open your eyes,
Close your eyes and let the breath slowly go.
In a moment I will ask you to open and close your eyes again and when you close your eyes you will find yourself letting go more and more.
So when you are ready breathe deep into your belly until you reach the top of your breath and hold it to the mental count of four.
Open your eyes,
Close your eyes and let that breath go.
Imagine yourself going ten times deeper relaxed.
Every muscle is beginning to relax and as long as you choose to hold on to it every muscle is so relaxed and that is good.
In a moment I will ask you to open and close your eyes one last time and as you do this you will notice your mind and your body going ten times deeper relaxed.
So when you are ready take a really long and very deep breath.
Fill up your lungs right into your belly.
When you reach the top hold the breath to the mental count of four.
Open your eyes,
Close your eyes and let the breath go.
Send a wave of deep relaxation all the way through your body.
Imagine a warm blanket of unconditional love wrapping your mind and body with a deep and warm relaxation.
Feeling the support beneath you allow every breath now to guide you deeper and deeper.
Right here and right now there is nothing that requires your attention and nowhere that you have to be.
This is a precious moment in time that has been created for you by you.
So you can now give yourself full permission to really benefit from this moment in time.
I would like you to now slowly repeat the following sentence silently to yourself.
I now give myself full permission to enjoy a deep level of relaxation.
Deeper relaxed you now enter a place of tranquility and serenity.
It is a place you already know and one in which you can return to often.
Allow images,
Moments and memories of peace to flow gently through your mind.
This is your safe place.
You are safe here in this moment.
Tonight you will dream and whatever you dream trust that your dream is a natural and beautiful form of therapy.
Your dream will regulate your emotions.
You are safe in the embrace of Mother Nature.
You can easily let go.
Deeper relaxed together we will now slow down your brain waves from beta to alpha to theta to delta.
You may even have moments of gamma,
The brain wave that stimulates feelings of deep love and creativity.
Surrender to the moment,
To the divine light within your heart together with my voice.
Let the light guide you now.
Imagine you are standing on the shore of a beautiful beach.
It is evening time.
You are alone but you do not feel alone.
You feel in the presence of someone great and powerful.
You feel safe.
A gentle breeze cools your body and calms your mind.
The bold and brilliant sun is setting in the horizon.
The sun is suspended over the ocean like an orange lantern in the sky.
Casting golden sunspots that shimmer and glisten on the ever changing sea.
Deeper relaxed as you relax and gaze at the beautiful light of the orange sun.
You realize that this light is reflected in your own heart.
It is the same energy that pulls you closer to the earth's energy.
You feel at one with the universe.
And you trust the divine light within you is the same light in the sun.
It is love.
It is pure.
Soon dusk will fall and the sun will sleep peacefully cradled in the arms of the world.
For now you gaze at the stunning sunset.
The colors you see painted across the sky.
The oranges,
Reds and pinks.
The sound of the ocean and the smell of the fresh sea air.
Lull you in to a deeper state of relaxation.
As you watch the sunset slowly saying good night to the world.
You feel very peaceful,
Content.
Keep your attention on my voice.
And notice your mind will also drift.
That's okay.
That's where your mind needs to be right now.
I shall count down now from seven to one.
And as I do so you will notice the waves on the sea also get calmer and slower.
Until the sea becomes completely still.
As the waves become stiller the sun continues to set.
Breathe deep into your belly.
And notice it rises.
Keep your exhales long,
Deep and slow.
Breathe in for seven.
Six.
Drifting.
Five.
The waves becoming calmer.
Four.
And gentler.
Three.
And calmer.
Two.
The sea is almost completely still now.
A gentle small wave laps at your toes.
And one.
The sea is completely still,
Calm.
It is like a sheet of glass.
There is peace in this stillness.
There is peace in your mind.
Deeper relaxed.
It's time for the sun to set.
And for you to rest and drift into a beautiful place of divine bliss.
You walk over to a comfortable hammock.
Tied securely between two trees.
You climb into the hammock.
It is easy for you to get into.
In this dream your body is agile,
Fit and healthy.
You have the energy of a child.
You trust the support.
You trust the universe to let go.
The hammock sways very gently in the evening breeze.
From side to side.
Start to count back now from the number 1000.
Silently in your own mind.
With each sway and each breath you count back.
1000.
999.
100 and 98.
And very quickly the numbers become jumbled up and mixed up.
As you listen to my voice at the same time.
Wherever you may be.

5,
7 or 2.
Realise that it really doesn't matter.
You can let these numbers go.
Just the way you let go of any negative emotional habits.
Any unnecessary fear.
You want to control situations beyond your control.
You let them go.
It is much more important for you now to absorb these positive suggestions.
The hammock sways gently.
Side to side.
As you feel the last glow of the warm sun on your face.
Deeper relaxed.
I shall count you down again.
From 7 to 1.
With each number you will drop further into that place of peace.
Breathe deep into your belly.

The sun is fully set now.
The sky is a soft red and orange.
With the promise that tomorrow will be a beautiful day.
A day that lulls you into further relaxation.
Deeper relaxed.
Imagine you now drift into a gentle and peaceful sleep.
And when you sleep you can dream.
And when you dream,
Everything,
Anything is possible.
As you dream,
The light of dusk fades and night time falls.
The sky is a blanket of stars and the moon watches over you with love.
In this dream,
Imagine you were walking in an enchanted wood.
You see two pathways in front of you.
One pathway spirals downwards.
You know this path.
It is familiar and easy.
But it is full of grey clouds.
And you instinctively do not want to continue on this path.
It is an old pathway and it offers no opportunities.
The second path spirals upwards.
It is bathed in a lovely warm sun.
It is lined with wildflowers,
Butterflies and birds.
It is full of energy and possibilities.
You can see it requires effort.
But it looks inviting.
Which path do you desire to walk?
This is your moment of choice.
Each moment in your life provides you with a choice.
That can come from love or fear.
For now,
The light in your heart guides you naturally towards the upward path of positivity.
This is the light of love.
Deeper relaxed as you walk on the upward path of positivity.
You notice you are very present.
You are full of life,
Health and vitality.
Imagine on this pathway you meet yourself as a young child.
They are so happy that you are here.
They look at you with awe.
You look at them with love like a parent to a child.
You want to care for them and to make them strong.
You feel at ease within your body.
And a small yellow butterfly flutters past you.
And you feel the same freedom it represents.
You are light in your body and mind.
You are here now.
You are moving forward with your life now.
And this presence makes everything and anything possible.
Just like your dreams,
There are no limitations to what you can achieve.
Looking into the lovely eyes of your younger self,
You tell them,
I am always here for you now.
You are present in the now.
I love you unconditionally.
You are loved.
I will keep you safe.
You are calm.
I believe in you.
You are confident.
I value you.
You are grateful.
Your future is bright.
You are hopeful.
You are full of joy and laughter.
You are happy.
You tell them if they are overwhelmed or tired that you will help them.
You remind them to breathe deeply.
And you explain that no matter what happens in life,
They can depend on you.
They can trust you to take care of them.
They continue with you on your upward pathway.
And you place them safely in your heart.
You love yourself without conditions.
You accept yourself entirely.
And as a result,
You can trust the best in you to shine bright tomorrow.
You see the best in every person,
Every situation.
You feel calm and confident in every situation that you find yourself in.
You are good enough to achieve whatever you desire.
Deeper,
Relaxed.
Self-love is your superpower.
You are compassionate to everyone in your life,
Including yourself.
You are patient.
You are kind.
You choose not to take anything personally.
And your relationships flourish.
You live your life from your life purpose,
Closely aligned to your values.
You live simply in the moment.
You allow the scene to gently fade.
Deeper,
Relaxed.
And tomorrow you will walk tall,
Proud.
Your head up.

And you laugh often.

People like to be in your company.
