Fiona regularly delivers talks and workshops on a range of areas including stress and anxiety, public speaking, sleep and self-compassion to many multinational companies, charities, and other organizations. Lots of good information and suggestions. I would have preferred having the affirmations repeated. I can see why the teacher has suggested in other replies to listen every day. Thank you for offering this uplifting and encouraging meditation.
