If you have got some good news or just a simple moment of peace and quiet.
Identify the positive emotions within your body.
Close your eyes and imagine plunging into a pool of oxytocin,
Serotonin and dopamine.
All the happy chemicals are bubbling through your system.
Feel your heart open and your chest expand.
Stand tall and proud.
Count to 15 seconds.

What does it feel like to be flooded with positive emotions?
