It's time to unwind your mind,

To let go of control.

It's time to open the door to a peaceful night's sleep.

To program your subconscious with powerful and positive emotions as you drift to sleep.

Your subconscious will shift as you sleep,

And you may not fully understand how or why you feel lighter in your waking worlds.

These changes happen at a subconscious level.

It is important to note that these suggestions are absorbed through repetition,

Even when you fall asleep as you listen.

Please ensure that you listen to this each night as you complete the first half of the Light Up Your World program.

If you miss one night,

Simply start again the next.

Replace pressure with compassion.

Listening to this in stereo is most effective.

Wait and see how deeply you can rest.

How infinite you are.

How light you can be.

Weightless.

Before we truly commence,

Make sure your room is dark and not too warm.

Take a few moments to make any final adjustments.

For now,

Just stay lying on your back.

Imagine as you snuggle into the comfort of your bed,

That you are unfolded in a blanket of tranquil bliss.

Invite a sense of gratitude for your comfortable bed and safe home.

And now,

Raise your eyes up to a fixed point on the ceiling.

Fix your eyes on that spot.

You will notice the desire to close your eyes.

But for now,

Keep looking up and take a full,

Deep breath.

And with your eyes still looking at that spot,

Exhale and close your eyes.

Keeping your eyes firmly closed.

Draw your gaze to the bridge of your nose and then lift your gaze to the space between your eyebrows.

Settle into the space between your eyes.

Bring all of your attention to that space.

The nothingness that exists between your eyes,

A space for you to fall into and rest,

So restorative,

That tomorrow you shall light up your world.

But for now,

Simply notice you have no thoughts when you focus on my voice.

You have no thoughts when you focus on inhaling deeply into your belly and exhaling out through your mouth.

You are no longer identified to the voice in your mind.

The lightness within the infinite darkness beckons you to drop to a place where only you can go.

Only you can choose to go to this place that is sacred and safe.

You are comforted by an expanding sense of grace.

It's private and quiet.

And there are no external distractions.

And there is no internal noise,

Just peace.

Before you drift further,

Gently ponder these questions.

What does calmness feel like to you?

What does your life look like through the lens of calmness?

What impact does being calm have on your relationships?

What tone do you speak with when you are calm?

How do you carry yourself?

How does being calm help you light up your world?

Imagine a beautiful arc shape that leads to a path that leads down a slope that leads to a light summer's meadow.

Imagine this path leads to your heart.

Before you continue this gentle stroll,

You need to pass through an arc.

As you step through it,

You accept yourself.

You accept other people,

Situations,

And external events that are out of your control.

You feel the transformational power of acceptance.

This leads you to release any fears,

Tensions,

No longer resisting.

You are so powerful as you feel a wave of compassion and love that propels you forward.

Compassion for yourself and for all of humanity.

You shall now take 10 steps down the path,

And with each step,

You will drop further and deeper.

It may surprise you to notice how deep you can go,

How light you can be in this space that fills your heart.

You are surrounded by love and the rhythmic pulse of your beating heart.

You are on the road to your eternal home now,

And you are safe.

Take your first step down this gentle incline.

As you arrive in this space,

You feel so relaxed now,

So deeply relaxed.

You decide it's time to let go,

To surrender.

Lie down in this place upon soft blanket,

Upon the even softer grass,

As you feel your body melt into the earth,

Melt into the moment.

You are one with the universe,

Comforted by the wondrous world within.

Breathing deeply,

All the while,

You drift,

You float through time and space.

What once seemed important in your day,

Now dissolves into the depths of your own tender heart.

There is nothing you cannot do,

And no one you cannot be.

From this place of peace,

All is possible,

Drifting,

Dozing.

Allow yourself to hear the sounds of the mellow meadow,

As dusk falls and a light moon appears in the night sky.

You drift deeper,

You have no thoughts now,

You have only the feeling of lightness and freedom that comes from letting go.

You turn to the space between your eyes,

As you imagine this place like a blank screen,

Upon which images will come and go.

These images will pass by in your mind like a slideshow.

You have no attachment to these pictures.

You simply observe them,

Notice and let them pass,

Just like you do with your thoughts.

You allow them to be,

But no need to follow them or to create a story.

The images dissipate with the power of your loving presence.

Imagine a seashell,

Imagine a candlelight,

Imagine a calm sea,

Imagine a warm fire,

Imagine a yellow butterfly,

Imagine a red robin,

Imagine a flowing river,

Imagine a still lake.

Your mind is that lake,

And now as you go further towards a deeper state of relaxation,

I shall count you down,

As you imagine five short steps taking you to a dreamlike state.

Each step is like going ten times deeper.

With each number I count,

You will drop even further,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And now in your heart you feel a calmness that is profound,

A wisdom that is magical.

You feel connected to all that matters in your life.

You are safe and strong.

You are powerful.

You are free.

You are now floating to infinity.

It's time to enjoy the rest you deserve.

It's time to feel the abundance of a still mind,

Directing your mind like a torch.

You see the light of love within your own eyes and all those you encounter.

As you sleep,

You dream,

And as you dream,

All is possible.

In this dreamlike state,

As you flow in and out of consciousness,

You know deep in your heart that when you root yourself in this moment,

The only one you have,

You are safe.

No longer at the mercy of a fearful mind,

But luxuriant in a mind that is pure and free.

You are no longer reacting on impulse to external events and people.

You now pause and respond from an open heart.

Fixed beliefs of how you saw yourself float away.

Ideas you thought to be facts evaporate.

You no longer cling to an identity.

Your ego is released like a butterfly,

And you roam the world with the freedom to be at ease,

Authentic and true to the deepest parts of you.

A deep sense of gratitude now carries you deeper into a state of blissful sleep.

You are free to experience the energy within you.

The day is done.

You are letting go.

Tomorrow is a new day,

One where after your night of deep rest,

You will feel refreshed and looking forward to whatever the day brings.

Making time to listen to your morning meditation,

Like a star in the black,

Velvet sky,

You fall into the oblivion of peace,

Into the arms of the universe,

Protected and safe,

Drifting deeper,

Letting go,

Goodnight and sleep tight.
