Welcome to your Positive Habit North Star Audio.

I am so happy that you are here with me.

You can listen to this at a time of day that works best for you.

Remember that together,

You and I,

And all of us who are listening to this,

Are following the sun.

We are creating internal sunshine.

We fly in the direction of the birds,

The direction of love.

We breathe,

Breathe in the air.

We cherish this moment.

The main thing is to focus on my voice,

Relax and let go.

I am here to guide you and you don't have to do anything at all.

You can drift and dream as these positive suggestions melt into your subconscious mind.

Take your gaze now,

Inwards,

Towards your heart centre.

If you feel comfortable to do so,

You can rest and hand gently on your heart.

Feel that connection now as we move away from the busyness of the mind into the stillness of the heart.

Your heart is always here,

Always now.

Begin to visualise the breath blowing in to the heart and out.

Allow the breath to become deep and slow.

Breathing in,

Continuing to do this as you create your own rhythm,

Focusing on your heart.

Breathing out,

Breathing in and out,

Keeping everything so simple.

As you continue to do this,

Bring to mind a person that you love.

Someone you feel very safe with and can trust.

Visualise this person now,

Breathing with you.

Allow yourself to imagine you are in a place you love to be,

With your loved one.

Breathing in and out.

This could be a place in nature,

Or maybe warm and snug in your own home.

Wherever it is,

Allow all of your senses to open to this place.

The sounds that you hear,

The colours that you see.

Imagine reaching out and touching something,

And the feel of this relaxes you even more.

As you continue to relax,

I want you to let your mind drift,

Allowing thoughts to come and go,

Like clouds in the sky just passing by.

There is no need to hold on to any of these thoughts,

Just let them float away.

In fact,

As you go deeper,

I'll be saying a series of random words,

And you can simply let these words wash over you.

Don't try to make sense of them,

Just let them come and go,

Allowing them to lull your mind into an even deeper state of relaxation.

Imagine these words as pictures,

Flashing briefly,

Then fading away,

Taking you deeper with each one.

Cloud,

Feather,

Whisper,

Starfish,

Window,

Sunset.

Each word is just a fragment of an image that your mind does not need to hold on to,

Just let them drift away effortlessly.

Your subconscious mind is now open to receive the following positive suggestions.

You will notice that you have a steadiness of presence that comes from consistently meeting your three most basic needs,

Safety,

You feel secure in your own company and that of others.

Satisfaction,

You are content with who you are and you know that you are enough,

You have enough.

Connection,

As you listen to this,

You connect to yourself with love and compassion so that you can do the same with others.

In the coming days and weeks you take in the good,

Enjoying a warm cup of tea at home,

Feeling the sun on your skin or receiving a kind word or a hug from someone.

These moments of goodness do not have to be big events,

Small moments of calm are what matter most.

Let's go a little deeper into relaxation now,

Remember to breathe slowly in and out from your heart.

You give to others with no strings attached and you bring freedom to yourself as you give without expecting anything in return.

The universe surprises you with unexpected abundance,

You receive from others with grace,

It is generous of you to ask others for help as you know the joy of giving is a gift itself.

This audio is to help you live where you are above and beyond just meeting your basic needs,

It is time for you to let your heart sing,

To live fully aligned in health,

Purpose and fulfilment.

You choose differently,

You live with joy and vitality,

True wellness lifts you beyond the basics of health,

Transporting you to a place of deep fulfilment.

When you wake up in the mornings you feel the day is so inviting,

So enticing,

You are grateful that you have 24 hours more to live with joy.

Sustained joy is achievable,

It takes conscious effort but for now as you rest more deeply your subconscious is working for you effortlessly.

You choose to be patient with yourself and if you do not feel like bouncing out of bed,

A slow gentle awakening is just as joyful,

The most important thing is that you accept who you feel without getting too attached to draining emotion.

As you continue to relax you are noticing that you are aware of your own emotional blind spots,

So that like a still lake your mind reflects back reality.

You have the courage to seek honest feedback from the people you love and trust.

You are strong and have a growing awareness when your ego is beginning to take control,

You recognise this in your body and you turn to yourself with love and compassion.

You are exactly where you need to be as you listen to this,

And now as this audio comes to a gentle close you can silently commit to returning to listen again tomorrow.

But for now,

If you are ready for sleep you can simply allow yourself to drift off,

Feeling peaceful,

Calm and safe.

If you would like to be emerged then slowly allow yourself to return.

Either way,

Your body and mind are at peace and I am sending you so much love,

Joy and gratitude.
