Welcome,

Everyone,

To this beautiful sleep time meditation.

Freedom in the present moment.

I am your guide to sleeping well tonight.

The setting is an olive grove at sunset.

So let's begin by settling into your bed.

Find a position that feels deeply nourishing.

This is your time.

A time to rest.

To simply be.

Close your eyes gently.

Your awareness to your breath.

Inhaling slowly into your belly and exhaling even more slowly through your mouth.

Inhaling slowly,

Belly rises.

Exhaling slowly through your mouth.

With each breath,

Imagine it like a gentle breeze moving through the leaves of the olive trees.

There is nothing to force,

Nothing to chase,

Only this moment here and now.

Imagine yourself lying on a soft blanket in a quiet olive grove.

The sun is setting,

Painting the sky in shades of amber,

Rose and gold.

The trees stretch around you,

Their silvery leaves shimmering in the warm light.

The air carries the subtle scent of earth and olives,

A calm that reaches deep into every cell of your body.

Soft shadows stretch across the grove,

Moving slowly with the final rays of sun.

A bird calls somewhere in the distance,

Then falls silent,

Letting the quiet fill the space around you.

Keep breathing deep as every gentle rustle of leaves invites your body to relax further.

Your shoulders soften,

Your jaw unclenches,

Your heart rate slows.

To go deeper now,

You will simply follow the rhythm of the grove,

Each movement of air and light drawing you deeper into calm.

Breathe in the warmth of the fading sun,

Breathe out tension,

Breathe in the quiet strength of the grove,

Breathe out worry.

With each breath you sink more deeply into peace,

Your body becomes as rooted as the trees,

Steady,

Safe,

Supported.

Your mind becomes as calm as the grove,

Spacious.

As twilight deepens,

You notice how the earth cools beneath you,

The air feels softer,

More tender,

A few leaves drift lazily to the ground,

Each one a gentle reminder that letting go is natural,

Effortless,

Perfect.

And as you rest here,

The truth of life begins to whisper,

That real freedom is not found in waiting for some day,

It is here,

In this breath,

In this heartbeat,

In this quiet grove.

Perhaps as you drift now,

You remember what you already know,

That life is precious and fleeting,

Postponing joy,

Postponing rest,

Postponing dreams,

Only steals from today.

So here beneath the branches you make a gentle vow,

To live now,

To rest now,

To love now.

And as the sun dips lower,

The grove glows in soft light,

And with each breath you ask softly,

Any time you need to make a choice,

Does this support my health?

If it drains you,

It is not for you,

If it nourishes you,

You embrace it.

You learn to choose health gently,

Choice by choice,

A quiet walk among the trees,

A pause to feel the wind,

Time with those who bring warmth.

The rhythm of life becomes simpler,

Clearer,

Lighter.

And as you rest even deeper,

You remember,

Mistakes are not dangerous,

They are teachers.

Even a twisted branch grows towards the sun,

Even a misstep can bring laughter,

Insight and growth.

Your mind softens now,

Self-kindness grows stronger than self-criticism.

It is clear as you relax more that a mistake is not the end,

But the beginning of understanding.

You allow yourself to be human,

To be learning,

Always,

To be alive.

And here in the grove at sunset,

You remember the joy of play,

The joy of song,

Dance,

Even if your steps falter,

Even if your notes stumble,

It is still beautiful.

So,

Truth is more important than perfection,

Your presence matters,

Your voice matters.

Deepening now,

Surrendering,

You feel the grove holds you.

The trees stand steady,

The earth cradles you as your body gets heavier and heavier.

You may notice now,

Freedom is not a phantom,

It is not success,

Status or the approval of others.

Freedom is found in being loyal to your truest self.

Freedom is found in living with love,

Courage and compassion.

Freedom is here in this present moment.

So,

You rest,

Safe,

Whole.

The sunlight fades softly,

Shadows stretch and your inner world becomes quiet and still.

A sleep slowly comes.

You trust that your body knows how to restore itself.

You trust that your mind knows how to release.

You trust that your heart knows how to love.

Tonight,

You sleep well,

You let go of striving,

You let go of waiting,

You let go of fear.

You are living your dream now,

The dream of deep,

Nourishing rest.

You live your freedom now,

The freedom to let go.

You live your love now,

The love of this moment,

Simple and whole,

Drifting,

Releasing,

Letting go.

And as you drift into dreams,

The grove cradles you,

The sunset dipping watches over you.

The stars begin to peek above,

One by one.

As you gaze at the black,

Dark,

Velvet sky,

You sleep deeply,

Beautifully,

Peacefully.

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are free.
