Welcome to this guided meditation for self-trust and intuition.
Take this moment.
As a little space for yourself.
A space where you do not need to prove anything.
A space where you can stop checking every thought twice.
And begin to listen a little more deeply to the quiet wisdom already inside.
If you are here because you have been second guessing yourself.
Or because your mind has been too loud.
Or because you want to feel clearer before taking your next step,
You are in the right place!
For the next few minutes.
You only need to be here.
No forcing it,
Without pressure.
And no need to get everything perfectly.
Just allow your body to soften.
Your breath to slow down.
And your awareness to come back to the place inside you that knows.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position.
You can sit down or lie down.
Or simply allow your body to settle in a way that feels safe and natural for you.
If it's safe to do so.
Gently close your eyes.
And take a slow breath in.
And slowly breathe it out.
Here again.
Breathing in.
.
.
Nice and easy.
And breathing out,
Letting the body soften a little more.
Now,
Bring your awareness into your body.
Start at the top of your head.
Notice your head.
Your forehead.
Your eyes.
Your face.
Let the muscles of your face soften.
Let your jaw relax.
Maybe your tongue can rest a little more naturally in your mouth.
There is nothing you need to hold there.
Now,
Bring your awareness down into your shoulders.
Let them drop.
Let them melt down.
Even just a little bit.
And allow your chest to open gently.
Not in a forced way.
Just enough that your heart has a little more room to breathe.
Let your arms become heavy.
Let your hands rest.
Feel your spine told.
Supported and press.
Gently engage your core.
Yes,
A little.
Not with tension.
Pad with steadiness.
And now,
Feel your legs.
Feel the weight of them.
Feel the grounding beneath you.
With every breath.
You arrive a little more fully into this moment.
And as you arrive.
.
.
You prepare yourself to listen with him.
Notice if there is any tension in your mind.
Any restlessness.
Any noise.
Any part of you that has been doubting.
Questioning.
Replaying.
Or even second guessing.
Do not fight it.
Just notice it.
Maybe,
There has been a voice inside you saying.
.
.
Are you sure?
What if you are wrong?
What if you make the wrong choice?
Let that voice be there for a moment.
Without giving it the full power.
You are not here to fight your mind.
You are here to come back to your deeper knowing.
So with the next exhale.
Allow a little of that doubt to leave your body.
Breathe in… Softly.
Breathing out.
And letting self-doubt drift away.
Again,
Breathe in… and breathe out.
Release the knit.
To know everything right now.
And one more time.
Breathing in… Breathing out.
Letting the mind become a little quieter.
With every breath your mind can settle.
And your heart can open.
Not because you're forcing it.
But because you are giving yourself permission.
To return to yourself.
Now,
Bring your attention to the center of your chest.
Right there.
In the heart space.
Imagine there is a channel light glowing there.
It does not need to be bright at first.
Maybe it is soft.
It is small.
Maybe it already feels strong.
Yes,
Notice it.
What color does this light have?
Maybe it is white.
Maybe golden.
Perhaps blue?
Korean.
Pink.
Violet.
Or a color you cannot even name.
Whatever appears.
Let it be right.
This light is your inner guidance.
Your intuition.
That quiet knowing that does not always shout.
But somehow speaks clearly when you give it space.
You may have ignored before.
You may have doubted it.
You may have listened to everybody else first.
And that's OK.
Today you are simply coming back.
With each breath.
Imagine this light in your chest growing brighter.
Breathing in.
.
.
The light expands… Breathing out,
Your body receives them.
Breathing in.
.
.
The light becomes warmer,
I'm breathing out.
Your heart becomes calmer.
Just let this beautiful energy spread through your chest.
Down through your belly.
Into your shoulders.
Down your arms.
Into your hands.
Let it move through your back.
Your hips.
Your legs.
All the way down to your feet.
A warm,
Steady,
General light.
This is not something outside of you.
This is something you are remembering.
Now,
Bring to mind a time where in your life you trusted your gut feeling.
And it was right.
It can be something small.
It can be something big.
Just let one memory count.
And if nothing specific appears.
.
.
That's okay,
Too.
You can simply imagine what it would feel like to trust yourself fully.
Now notice.
What did that dress feel like?
Where did you sense?
It is in your body.
Was it in your chest?
Throat,
Hams?
Your whole body,
Perhaps?
Let yourself feel it again.
That feeling of I knew.
That inner recognition.
That quiet certainty.
Now gently press your thumb and forefinger together.
Soft.
This is an anchor.
As you press them together.
Allow this feeling of self-trust to settle deeper into your body.
You are teaching your body to remember this state.
Keep your thumb and forefinger gently touching.
And repeat silently after me.
I trust myself.
I listen to my inner wisdom.
My intuition guides.
I trust myself.
I listen to my inner wisdom.
My intuition guides me.
And once more.
With more feeling.
As if the words were already true because they are.
I trust myself.
I listen to my inner wisdom.
My intuition guides me.
Good!
Now,
Release your fingers if you want.
Or keep them together if it feels supportive.
And bring to mind the current situation in your life where you would like more clarity.
Do not choose something to stress yourself.
Just allow one situation to come gently into your awareness.
See yourself in that situation.
But instead of rushing instead of asking everybody else first.
Instead of letting the mind spin in circles.
See yourself pausing.
Breathing.
Coming back into your body.
Listen within.
Imagine yourself placing one hand on your heart.
Or simply feeling that warm light in your chest again.
Ask gently.
What do I know beneath the noise?
What is my next honest step?
What feels true in your body.
And then least.
Your intuition may not speak in long sentences.
It may come as a feeling.
A quiet knowing.
A general nudge.
A sense of expansion.
A sense of concentration.
Perhaps a calm yes or no.
Or simply.
A small next step.
And that's enough.
You don't need every answer at once.
You only need to hear the next honest step.
Now see yourself taking action.
And feel how different it is when your action comes from the inside.
Not from fear.
Let your body learn this.
Let your energy learn this.
You can move through life with more clarity.
So now repeat silently.
I am guided.
I am clear.
I trust my decisions.
I am guided.
I am clear.
I trust my decisions.
One more time.
Slowly.
I am guide.
I am clear.
I trust my decisions.
Very good.
Now imagine carrying this energy into your day.
Maybe the mind still speaks sometimes.
And that's fine,
The mind can speak.
But it does not need to rule the whole room.
You can listen deeper.
You can pass.
You can breathe.
You only need to trust the next step.
And after that,
The next one.
And then the next one.
This is how intuition often works.
So let your body rest for a moment in this energy.
Your inner voice is real.
Your wisdom is real.
Your path does not need to make sense to everybody before it makes sense to you.
Thank yourself for showing up.
Thank your body for holding you.
Thank your intuition for speaking,
Even in quiet ways.
And when you are ready.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the room.
See you on the surface Benicio!
Feel your hands.
Feel your feet.
Maybe roll your shoulders gently.
And when it feels right.
You can open your eyes.
