We are going to access the Akashic records and we are going to reveal a significant past life.

So you are going to connect with this past life as if it's happening now.

Now take a deep breath and slowly let the air go releasing all of your thoughts,
Your awareness of your body,
As well as going deeper into relaxation.
Notice a beautiful light starting at the tip of your toes.
You can feel it's a wonderful warm healing light as it passes through your toes.
You notice how they are getting more and more relaxed.
You notice this warm energy filling up your feet and going all the way up through your lower legs.
They are receiving healing as well as going into deep relaxation.
Notice how this energy keeps flowing all the way up through your knees as well as your upper legs.
Notice how the muscles are more and more relaxed.
You can even feel a wonderful sensation flowing through your legs reassuring you that you are healed,
Protected and deeply relaxed.
Leave this energy for a few moments while you allow yourself to go deeper in relaxation.
You notice this wonderful energy that continues to go up relaxing and healing your hip,
Your lower back and your stomach.
You notice a powerful light empowering your solar plexus,
Your center of power and self-love as well as effectiveness.
Notice this energy climbing your upper back filling up your shoulders,
Elbows,
Arms and fingers with white light.
In fact you notice a beautiful and warm energy within the palm of your hands.
And you notice this is a powerful healing energy that materializes healing and well-being.
Notice how this wonderful energy goes all the way up to your neck.
And notice the muscles of your face going deeper in relaxation.
Take a deep breath and as you slowly let go the air visualize your entire physical body healing and empowering.
You notice that your consciousness is beyond and goes beyond your physical body as you are more than your body.
You are white light,
You are spirit.
Allow this energy to take you deeper in relaxation.
As your vibrations are starting to match those of the Akashic records where you will receive wisdom and insight from your past lives.

As you continue to approach this window you notice that it is a window to your Akashi records.
The key to open this window is in your heart.
