Get comfortable in a good position for sleeping and slowly take a deep breath.
Hold it,
And as you exhale let go of all of your thoughts and slowly close your eyes.
We are going to induce a lucid dream.
You are going to be able to have a beautiful lucid dream tonight and experience a wonderful,
Wonderful time,
As well as having a good and sound sleep.
Now,
Focus on your breathing,
But breathe normally.
Observe how the air comes in and out,
In and out,
In and out,
In and out.
Good.
You just have raised your vibrations,
And you just put yourself in a good energetic setting.
Now,
It is time to further relax your body.
Maybe you have already been sleeping and your body is already relaxed.
However,
We are going to reach a deeper state of relaxation.
I am going to count for you,
And for every time I count,
You are going to feel that part of your body completely relaxed.
You will know that that part of your body is still there,
But it will turn so relaxed that you won't even feel it.
So,
While taking a deep breath,
Focus on your feet,
And as you focus on your feet,
Notice how they are getting more and more relaxed.
Number three,
Completely relaxing your legs,
Becoming heavier and warmer.
Number two,
Reaching a deeper state of relaxation and empowerment.
And number one,
Having your legs completely,
Completely relaxed.
Notice how this energy grows,
Filling up your entire legs,
Becoming heavy and becoming very,
Very relaxed.
So relaxed that you can't move them,
Even if you try.
Now,
Focus on your upper back,
And focus on your chest area.
Notice a beautiful energy relaxing you.
You can feel this area.
You can feel yourself filling up with white light.
You can realize that your physical body is there,
But you realize that you are not your body.
You realize that your consciousness,
That your awareness.
Your arms keep being completely relaxed.
Very,
Very heavy,
And feeling very warm.
Now,
Take another deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Double your relaxation.
Now,
Focus on your head.
This is where the magic of dreams happen.
It's your marvelous brain that's going to take you to the world of dreams.
But you want to be completely relaxed at first.
So let go of all tension in your neck,
Relax on the muscles on your face,
And let your head rest comfortably on your pillow.
Number three.
Falling deeper and deeper into sleep.
Simply transitioning into the dream world.
Number two.
Doubling your relaxation.
Getting deeper and deeper into sleep.
And number one.
Completely relaxed.
Your entire body is very,
Very relaxed.
You are so relaxed that you reach the point that you realize you are no longer a body.
That you are consciousness.
That you are a thought.
Now,
It's time to let go of all your thoughts.
If a daily thought comes to you,
Give it thanks,
And then let go of it.
Now,
It is time for mental relaxation.
I am going to count down to five.
As I count,
You are going to let go of all thoughts.
If daily thoughts come to you,
Thank them,
And let go of them.
I am going to count for you.
Number one.
Allow your mind to clear all thoughts.
Number two.
Getting into a deeper state of mindfulness.
Number three.
Starting to visualize your most inner desires for tonight's dream.
Number four.
Really realizing that you are pure consciousness.
And you have total peace of mind.
And number five.
Allow the number to disappear.
Yes,
Let it vanish.
As you are now in a deeper state of relaxation.
Both mind and spirit.
And just realize that the more you work on this,
The easier it's going to come.
The next time,
You will be relaxing much faster at a much more profound level.
At this point,
You will find a flowing sensation within your consciousness.
You start feeling your light body.
And also,
You feel that your physical body is very light.
Very,
Very light.
Light as a feather.
And you realize that the flowing sensation is increasing.
Feeling calm.
Remain still.
Don't get too excited.
Not losing your focus and relaxation.
And continuing to breathing normal.
Keep focusing on the sound of my voice.
If you are falling asleep,
That's totally perfect.
As it is the intention for this journey.
The more you visualize the flowing sensation,
Focus more on it.
But never trying to hard.
Just focus on it and allow yourself to be taken away.
Try to not allow your mind to wander.
If it happens,
Go back to your mindfulness.
Go back to visualizing your flowing sensation and stay in this state of relaxation.

As you enhance this feeling,
You start to visualize yourself flying.
Imagine that you are floating right above planet Earth.
You can also notice the moon on your back.
And you see that the Earth is in front of you.
Witness our beautiful blue planet.
But now it's time to explore.
Imagine yourself flying through space.
Going to different planets.
Witness all the wonderful planets.
Maybe even planets you have never seen.
Many,
Many wonderful stars.
You are feeling very happy,
Very blissful and very joyful.
You are feeling very excited.
And you are very happy.
But you are very relaxed.
Out of touch with your focus.
You are slowly falling into a lucid dream.
You are dreaming.
You are lucid.
Do a reality check.
Look at your hands.
Count your fingers.
Do all of this with your imagination.
And keep this visualization for a few months.
At this point you might see a dream forming.
You might hear random noises.
You might see random colors.
This is totally fine and totally normal.
You might feel vibrations.
You might hear buzzing noises.
And even if some of these are very loud,
These are fine too.
Just ignore them.
Keep visualizing yourself flying through space.
Or if you prefer,
You are welcome to use a different scenario.
Whether it's a different country.
Whether you are dreaming of a car.
Or exploring a rainforest.
If you have a desired dream,
Focus on that dream now.
However,
It doesn't matter really.
All you need to do is to be on a state of deep relaxation.
Just gaze into the images you might see and might experience during these times.
Repeat mentally.
I am dreaming.
I am dreaming.
I am losing.
I do reality checks.
I control my dreams.
I remember my dreams.
I love my dreams.
And next time I wake up,
I will be re-empowered and healed.
