In this coaching session,

We are going to talk how you can improve your life and especially your inner peace by taking a few things into account.

I am going to get started by sharing an exercise,

An exercise that will help you to reach this inner peace.

In fact,

You want to do this simple exercise at night,

Before bedtime.

You can do it at any time of the day,

But it will be more efficient at these later hours.

Ideally,

You want to do this task alone,

And you want to find a room where no one will bother you for the next 5 to 10 minutes,

Or more if you wish.

And don't let anything distract you,

No television,

No phone,

No music.

You want to be in total silence,

With a dim light.

Don't fear the sleep paralysis if for some reason it arrives.

If you can't move,

And you feel you are vibrating,

And you don't understand what things you are seeing,

Hearing or feeling,

Realize that this is only a short stage of trance.

It might feel very long,

But it's short and it is good.

There is nothing wrong with it.

Now having a notepad ready,

You want to make sure that you set intention to clearly let go of everything you don't longer need in that notepad.

You may use your mobile voice recorder if you want,

But make sure that you are in airplane mode and also that you don't get distracted by other apps.

And go easy with the blue light.

So breathe in a few times deeply and let go of all kinds of stresses.

This is the first and most important step,

And if you find that there is something that peculiarly worries you,

And you feel that you want to find solutions,

Then you can.

But this is your center of attention.

So now the idea is to remain calm and silent.

Maybe you will notice a lot of mental noise,

Many ideas,

Many voices.

This is normal,

Especially at the beginning,

Because your mind is reorganizing,

Reorganizing all the experiences you have had today.

And here is precisely where the magic happens.

Focus on observing those passing ideas,

But don't give too much information and importance about them.

After a few minutes,

You will notice that the noises reduce,

And you can begin to understand what your mind is telling you.

And it is essential to reach a state of inner peace,

Visualizing how these noises are reducing more and more.

Once you have less noise,

It is essential for you to focus and get into the mindset of,

Come on,

Brain,

Give me a great idea.

You want to make sure that you are calmer and more focused on crucial things,

Such as your own business.

It may take practice,

But try to let ideas flow while observing them,

But only to get new ideas.

I cannot share how long this will take you,

But everybody can take this more or less quickly,

And suddenly you will see that you get an idea that you know will work and you want to implement it.

What you must do is to write down these thoughts,

Either with a voice recorder or written in a notepad.

You will believe that you will remember them the next day,

But you will forget them if you don't record them.

So it is important,

Regardless of you knowing that you are going to remember it,

It is still important for it to cement on the brain for you to write it down.

That is very,

Very important.

And here we go about practice and about progressing and about creating and developing.

You want to make sure always to take action on things,

Because when you take action with the right manifestation is when you are starting to materialize what you need in your life.

Also,

Self-analysis will help very much for you to get all kind of ideas.

As at a professional level,

Family level,

Or even within yourself.

Realize that you are going to be able to have more clarity in life and you are going to find yourself more as a go-getter.

And this is going to be super significant as you go with the flow to this.

And you know,

In the end,

Doing this small visualization exercise,

You can't imagine how much this makes up for.

And I recommend you at least five,

No,

And I recommend you at least 15 or 20 minutes before going to sleep.

Avoid using televisions and especially mobile phones,

Ok?

Social networks,

Blogs,

Emails,

WhatsApp,

All of this is a lot of junk information that will load our brains and subconsciousness.

This is all that noise,

And this noise only separates us from our true creativity and our true potentials,

As it is in this state of mind where we could lucidly organize our ideas and goals.

But still,

We wasted on reading about the status of people that we hardly care about,

Looking at photos of millions of things that don't bring us anything,

And daydreaming by watching television,

By changing these little aspects,

You will see how much your life will shift and you will feel how things go through the best direction for you,

As there is time for everything.

But at the end of the day,

It's not the right time for certain aspects.

And I hope that this coaching session helped you a little bit more to put some thinking and some ideas in everything that we have gone through.
