You are going to experience a very simple but powerful meditation.
If this is one of your first experiences.
I want to tell you that you will feel a small difference already so make sure to find a comfortable position.
What you do?
Start to slowly inhale.
Filling up your lungs completely.
But without straining them.
Now,
Slowly let go of the air.
And slowly close your eyes.
Take one more deep breath.
And I see you who?
Imagine a small beam of Light entering your Nose.
This beam of white light goes all the way down to your lungs.
Filling them up completely.
As you slowly let go of the air.
You notice that the white light is still within your body.
Now,
Breathe normally.
Notice a warm sensation feeling at both of your feet bringing this to a complete state of relaxation.
Notice this warm energy reaching your knees.
And then filling up your legs completely.
Your legs feel warm.
Relaxed and very heavy.
They are so heavy that you can't move them.
Your legs feel wonderful.
You feel wonderful.
Content.
And relaxed,
So allow yourself to go deeper until we continue.
You notice this precious energy filling up completely your tummy area as well as your lower back.
You feel fantastic.
Because right now.

You are letting go of everything.
That wakes you up.
As if a huge relief passes through your stomach.
Making you feel fantastic and liberated.
As you notice this profound healing.
You realize that this energy had already covered your arms.
And it is filling up your head completely.
Relaxing all the muscles on your face.
And allowing your jaw to drop.
You can perceive your physical body filled up with white light.
You are a pure light of source,
You are luminous,
And you are wonderful.
Give yourself a few more moments to feel this.
Remember.
You can come back here anytime you want.
You are in a wonderful state of peace of mind where healing and relaxing occur.
You only need to desire to be here.
So allow yourself to go deeper until we continue.
You notice a small opening on one of the walls of your room.
You can also see sunlight coming out from this opening.
And you can hear the sound of the sea.
What you feel drawn to this opening?
And as you approach it.
You can perceive the scent of the ocean.
You continue to follow until you cross completely this opening.
Now,
Do you find yourself on a very small island?
It is no bigger than a few meters in diameter.
And there is one only lonely palm tree.
In case you want to see it in the shadow.
Find a nice spot to sit.
And contemplate with your imagination the sea.
And the wonderful warm sunlight.
Allow yourself a few moments to enjoy this place.
Remember that you can come back here anytime you want.
You are in a wonderful state of mind!
Where healing and relaxation occur You only need to desire to be here.
So let go completely until we continue.
You are feeling wonderful!
And you notice a lot of energy in your tailbone area where your roots are grazed.
You notice as if a golden root connected you to the island.
Feeling wonderful waves of earthy and grounding energy.
Flowing throughout your entire physical body.
From here.
You notice a warm sensation both in your solar plexus and heart chakras.
Suddenly,
You have a wonderful perception about yourself.
You start feeling that you love yourself.
And more than you thought you did.
You may have thoughts of why you love yourself.
You realize that you love yourself entirely.
Letting go of what does not belong.
Focus on me.
In how precious and important you are.
You feel a warm energy pulsating around your entire body growing more and more.
So allow this energy to continue growing until we continue.
Now that you're at peace.
You find yourself enjoying a beautiful sunset.
In complete alignment with yourself.
You notice how clear and wonderful the seawater is.
Is so clear that you can see your reflection.
And you love it.
However,
You realize it is not only your reflection what you see,
But a lot more.
You perceive this.
As a magical reflection.
As a mirror showing you something wonderful.
Right now,
You can see yourself but going even deeper into relaxation.
Opening up to the Consciousness of the Spirit.
You also notice that it's already night.
And you can see a wonderful sky full of stars that makes you feel deeply emotional.
But not without losing relaxation.
Give yourself a few more moments.
You start feeling in your heart something that you want to know something you are wondering about.
It doesn't matter what it is.
It may be about the other person your health.
Or your spirituality.
You feel grateful because you are aware that something good is going to happen.
Notice again your reflection on the seawater and notice how the images start changing you may see yourself in a situation.
Or perhaps that person you are wondering about you feel the presence of your spirit guides.
Next.
Guiding and supporting you.
Don't push too hard to see.
Allow yourself to receive and simply observe.
Even if you don't see anything.
You are receiving information unconsciously.
And it will be revealed to you later.

A reassurance of having what you need.
Take a deep breath.
Hold the air for a few moments.
And as you exhale,
Visualize yourself back in your room.
And feel your surroundings.
Notice your physical body.

You feel the need to slowly move your toes and fingers.
And from here,
And very gently,
Your neck.
You notice your surroundings more and more.
As well as noticing again your breathing.
As you do,
Take a deep breath.
Feeling more and more grounded and back in your body.
As you let go of the air.
Slowly Open Your Eyes Now,
Gently move your legs and arms.
Really grounding back as you journeyed far.
Take another deep breath,
Feeling massive gratitude while you do.
