So this is a really quick perspective shift that you can do to forgive people and to really take amazing lessons from situations.
And this actually stems from the Hawaiian Haponopono,
Which is a discipline,
A healing modality.
And in the West,
People generally look at this technique in terms of saying four things.
The first one is,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you and I love you.
However,
I heard recently that the original teaching is much simpler than that.
It's thank you and I love you.
And the reason for that is that there's something to be grateful in every situation.
There's a lesson and a blessing in every situation.
We don't need to be sorry that it happened because it tells us something about our life,
Ourself,
The world.
And that is something to be grateful for even if there's pain.
Because the pain might make us look inside and level up and learn something new and heal.
So whatever happens,
Even if it's uncomfortable,
It's always thank you and I love you.
Because by that you're extending unconditional love.
Because you realize everything is connected.
Everything is interconnected and you can extend love to everything,
Even if that's hard.
So maybe you'd like to try it now.
Just think of a situation or a person that has been troubling you.
And say thank you while you reflect on the lesson and the blessing that may have come from this.
Just sitting with it here,
Accepting and witnessing all sensations and emotions.
And now let's move on to saying I love you to the situation or the person.
Because by that you're not saying everything they've done is great and amazing.
You're just releasing.
You're just releasing and extending love.
Because everyone deserves love.
Alright,
That's it.
Much love.
