Use this 4-minute practice in the morning or at any time to ground yourself and your nervous system. Gently find your way back to the present moment and into your body. Anchored in the now. This track can be particularly helpful when you are activated (e.g., stressed/anxious/angry), to give you a more neutral and compassionate place to respond to yourself and others. A much better place to act from. Sometimes, 4 minutes is all it takes. Much love, Felix Voice: Felix New Mix&Mastering: Felix New Music: Marco Rinaldo (via Pond5)

Right now,

Making any adjustments that you need to make,

That you'd like to make just to arrive in this moment a little bit more feeling those feet on the floor the heels and the toes feeling that sense of being grounded where you are right now and noticing your breath if there's a holding or if it flows freely and as you're grounding more into this moment,

Right here see if you can allow your breath to flow a little bit more freely a little bit lower,

A little bit slower a little bit more fully and starting to enjoy every breath as the gift that it is noticing what you're sitting on resting on and how that's holding you,

Supporting you how you are supported sink down into that holding letting your weight sink down anchored have a beautiful day or night much love soak up these soothing vibes

Thank you, Felix 🙏 Your gentle voice carried a calming stillness that grounded me deeply. With the soft flow of the background music, a serene peace arose within — graceful and whole 🤍🎶🕊️
