Hello again.
Today we'll be focusing on balance by using a breathwork technique that teaches us to self-regulate ground and find alignment.
This alternate nostril breathing techniques helps us visualize the alignment happening as we inhale and exhale.
Alternate nostril breathing also lowers our blood pressure,
Helps us tune into meditation better,
Balance our energy centers.
If available to you,
Put your hand out in front of you and bring all of your middle fingers to your palm so that your pinky and thumb are available.
You can be sitting,
Standing,
Or laying down.
We'll begin on the left side.
We'll use our thumb to close our right nostril.
From here,
Inhale in through the left.
Then close the left with your pinky and hold.
Then exhale out the right.
And we'll do the same thing a few times.
Inhaling in through the right nostril.
Holding at the top,
Closing the right nostril with your thumb,
Opening the left.
Then exhale out the left.
Following through so you're even on both sides for a few minutes.
Give yourself a break if you need one,
But continuing to notice your energy shift as you continue your alternate nostril breathing.
You can feel yourself feeling this daily period of traction,
Phantom of thewide,
CBD.
Continue to tune in to your inhale and exhale,
Feeling the balance,
Feeling the ease into your body and any tension release.
You can continue this practice as long as you'd like,
But if you're ready to be guided out,
Finishing up each side so you're even and placing your hands,
Palms face up,
Taking a big inhale in through the nose,
Exhale out the mouth,
Allowing your shoulders to fall away from your ears,
Your jaw to soften,
Sending yourself gratitude for taking this time to practice to find balance and ease.
And have a great rest of your day.
