I really enjoyed this course because it helped me to understand that meditation is a relaxing process. I know that sounds obvious, but I’m always very militant about having a blank mind and you must keep your mind blank and you know focus on the breath so you have a blank mind and she explained it in a way that it’s OK to have ideas and part of the purposes to have ideas and just keep a notebook and write down your ideas and you know you’ll have more ideas during the day and that’s OK And she also mentioned that you know if you have them just let them kind of float on by and you know and and you’ll get relaxation so it was very helpful for me to have clarity on that and not be so militant. I learned a lot in the session
