Hello,

My name is Cindy Beuys and this is your resting self-care guided meditation with ambiance background music.

I will play a Tibetan bowl bell at the beginning of the session and then at the end to signify the end of our session.

The only things you need for this session is a willingness to rest and a nice cozy blanket if you wish.

You can lay down or just sit back in a chair in a relaxing position.

So go ahead and do that now and we will begin.

Allow your body and mind to fully relax with this beautiful music playing for you.

Enjoy this rest.

This is an important self-care thing to do for you by giving yourself some well-deserved rest.

It won't just come to us.

We need to carve out the time for it.

We can give the fullness of ourselves when we first give it to ourselves.

You deserve this.

Accept and allow this time just for you to experience rest,

To just be,

To experience peace.

Continue to rest and listen to the music and when it's time for the session to end,

I will chime the bell.

This is the conclusion of our session.
