Waking Your Life This talk is about taking little steps daily to change your life into what you want it to be.
First thing to do is make decisions on what you really want to experience on a daily basis or at least a consistent basis.
Don't hold back.
Brainstorm out onto a piece of as it comes to you like you would a list if you won the lottery.
It would be hard to do all those things all at once,
Even if it is something you really want for your life.
But if you tweak one idea at a time into a form that you can do now,
You get to have the experience you want now without conflict from within.
Because if it is something you really want,
You can figure out a way of having it by tweaking it.
And when I say tweaking,
I mean breaking it down into a simple way that doesn't challenge you or bring up opposition as an excuse to brush it off or say no to it.
It's turning what you want into a doable thing and it can be anything.
Like for example,
Finding more time to read or to write or spend time with loved ones.
You don't have to upheaval your whole life to do it.
Just a small tweak to adjust it into your life.
So say you have successfully tweaked one simple thing into your life that you would normally brush off or find an excuse not to do it.
And you are excited because you tweaked it down enough to find time for it in your life and it makes you happy.
It can even be as simple as making time for a daily coffee break at your favorite coffee shop or getting it to go and enjoying it on a bunch out in nature.
Either way,
You have made time to fit it in and it makes you feel happier as a result.
Imagine how your life could change and really create what you want by tweaking it in.
The changes compound quickly and before you know it,
You are living the life of your dreams filled with wonderful things because you took the time to tweak it into your life.
It's your life,
So enjoy it by creating little tweaks of the things that you want in it that make you happy.
