Begin by grounding your feet into the earth and softly closing your eyes.

Relax your body and bring your awareness to your breath.

With each inhale your chest expands.

With each exhale your chest contracts.

Now visualize the roots of the tree growing from the soles of your feet down into the earth.

Rooted,

Grounded,

Mother Gaia feeding your soul,

Your spirit and your physical body with divine energy.

Now feel the sensations moving up your body to every single part of your joints,

Of your muscles,

Of your cells,

Of your bones.

Connecting up the top of your head to your crown chakra.

Connecting to your higher self,

To the cosmos,

To the divine energy that is always ever so present.

You are the universe in human form.

You are a divine soul.
