One breath.
Take one deep breath.
Feel it come in through your nose,
Expand your chest,
And travel slowly back out again.
Sometimes we don't have time to sit and meditate,
But if you can focus on just one breath,
It can instantly calm your mind and body.
There are so many circumstances and situations beyond our control,
But we can always control our breathing.
If you have time to link one breath to a second breath and a third,
Then that's even better.
But if you just have time for one breath,
Focus on that.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
It's the fastest,
Easiest way to get calm.
That's meditating.
