Feeling loved?
Affirmation meditation.
Make sure that you're comfortable and close your eyes.
Now focus on your breathing for a little while.
If you notice that your breath is a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help you get your breathing a bit deeper and slower.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Now imagine yourself walking on a trail in a lovely field,
Surrounded by beautiful nature.
Walking like this,
You enjoy the view,
The trees,
The flowers,
Everything you're seeing.
With every step you take,
You feel more grounded,
More connected to the earth.
Continue walking on this lovely,
Beautiful trail,
Feeling the soft and kind energy around you.
Hearing the sounds of nature and smelling the soft,
Nice smell of nature.
You feel more and more relaxed.
After a little while of walking like this and enjoying everything around you,
You see a bench and you decide to sit down.
You close your eyes and then you hear a voice in your head.
It says,
I am loved.
I feel loved.
I am allowed to feel loved.
I am allowed to feel loved.
Feeling loved is good for me.
Feeling loved creates magic in my life.
Feeling loved is natural for me.
I allow myself to feel loved.
I accept and receive love easily.
I am loved.
I feel loved.
I feel so loved.
I love myself.
I am loved.
Pondering about all this,
You walk back through the field,
Enjoying nature around you and feeling grateful for the message and inspiration you received.
And now,
When you're ready,
You can slowly come back to the here and now.
Back to the place where you're lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little and when you're ready,
You open your eyes.
