
Clearing Negative Beliefs

This session is about removing unconscious mental blocks. Releasing emotional blocks and banishing limiting beliefs. Sweeping away unconscious negativity is the focus of this session so you can set positive intentions and focus on improving any area of your life. Clear the way for your future replacing negativity with empowering beliefs that will move you forward towards your goals. Only listen when you can relax completely.

You will do so with all the resources you need and clarity of mind to attend to the situation.
Before you start to relax deeply into the mind reprogramming session,
I want you to take a moment to hold in your mind these ideas.
And you may do this with your eyes open or closed,
Removing blockages and open your mind to the vista of new opportunities available to you once you have removed any blocks.
It first of all involves noticing the blockage.
Where are you getting stuck?
Recognising where you are stuck and what is holding you back from achieving the life of your dreams.
And then you can make a change.
This is the focus of this hypnosis session.
And as the music starts,
You can,
If you have the ready,
Close your eyes or listen to the sound of my voice and drift away with the music.
You may hear every word I say before you awaken refreshed with an inner sense of calm,
Relax,
Excitement for the new changes that have and are taking place inside you and manifest themselves as new behaviours.
Or you may drift deeply into trance at different points at different times and listen to this recording and awaken refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
At the end of this hypnosis session is an opportunity to both give your unconscious mind opportunity to suggest things to you now,
During this trance and any time thereafter.
You can also take charge here and make a new habit of success.
Because you are able to release the feelings,
Change the images in your mind and the way that you think about a new and more resourceful place to come from.
So while you listen to the sound of my voice,
The messages that are designed to assist you in programming your mind for success will be making positive changes to you and your mindsets.
Removing the limiting beliefs and blockages and replacing them with the beliefs and ideas that you would like to have about yourself from now.
You may drift away with the music and go deeper into trance at any time,
Comfortable in the mind.
Your new and conscious mind is a powerhouse of resources that you can tap into and become more than you are now.
In all and any of the areas that you deeply desire to be different and more successful in this trance,
I want you to notice the most relaxed part of your body and give that relaxed feeling a colour.
And imagine spreading that feeling of relaxation all over your body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
And know deep down inside that the physical action of relaxation is beneficial to you in many ways and allows you to clear your mind and drift deeper and deeper into the trance of your own experience,
The sensations of relaxation spread over you.
You can relax your body and mind more while you listen to the music and let the thoughts in your mind go and go into trance.
And you know that there are blockages,
You know you get stuck doing somethings that don't help you move forward from this mindset,
This limiting belief and become more.
Your beliefs about money affect the amount of money you earn.
Your beliefs about your self image make a big difference to your life.
You know how much money you can earn each month and each year.
And you know that if you place to zero the end of that number it would be amazing.
To have ten times that amount of money to earn a hundred times your current salary each month seems impossible to some while others know that it was possible.
And if you imagine earning one hundred times your current yearly salary in just one month,
Well think about earning a hundred million a year.
And while you're here shake out any of the feelings that hold you back from comfortably having this thought.
And now when you think about ten times your current salary how much easier does it seem to achieve and more comfortable does it feel.
And when you take a moment to think about the way you think about yourself how would you describe yourself?
How do you see yourself?
How do you think about yourself in different situations?
Some you're capable,
Some you excel,
Some not so well.
And the way that you see yourself and would describe yourself in a certain area of your life right now are areas that you could replace with better images of you behaving.
And if asked you could describe exactly what you would like to be like in that situation and feel really good about it now.
The way you see yourself around money,
The beliefs you have about money shape your experience handling money and the amount that you are going to have right now.
Imagine how you would look if you earned ten times what you do now.
How would you dress differently?
What car would you be driving?
Where would you be living?
Imagine describing this more abundant experience to somebody you have met for the first time.
Notice how that you looks and all the qualities that that you has that can be enhanced by your levels of wealth that you can notice.
How much more relaxed,
Happy,
More motivated.
And you can notice all and any state of mind and good feelings and the ways that would make you feel better now.
You can copy any and all of the qualities that the you who earns ten times that of you right now.
You can see yourself with some or all of the qualities and imagine how good that makes you feel.
And you can imagine what it would be like to be just like someone else and you can take on all the good aspects and add those to your ways of being.
Because the more things you learn,
The more flexibility you have.
And the flexibility in you thinking that allows you to make changes is good for you and those around you.
And the more opportunities you will create,
The more opportunities you will create.
And this can be people around you or famous people you read about and see and admire the qualities.
And the more that you allow yourself to take all the positive traits from the way you see yourself earning ten times the amount of money that you currently do.
The more you can identify with it,
The more you feel good and the more that you feel good about seeing yourself working and feeling good,
The more you find yourself doing the right thing.
The more you feel good,
The more you find ways of becoming like that.
And the ways that you are laughing more and feeling good more and being happy more and motivated,
Confident,
Clear visioned and set on track for more will come to you and you will notice more.
And you will create more opportunities because you are clearing the blockages and focusing on what you do off of success.
And you can let go of the feelings in your body that are holding you back.
You can allow your unconscious mind to think about things you would like to change.
And when it's time you listen to this trance,
You can change those things more and more and you will change them before you listen to this recording again.
Because your unconscious mind will be thinking of voices for you to be different that will make life more amazing for you and those around you.
And while you sleep and dream and while you go about your day,
Things will come to mind that are new thoughts about behaviours and the new ways of thinking about behaviours that are different.
Now you need that you are being and behaving differently because you are becoming more successful at what you are choosing to become more successful in.
Wealth,
Health,
Relationships and more.
Now as you can relax more into trance and allow tensions to disappear,
You can plan to be more calm and relaxed in stressful situations.
And during this trance you can allow your unconscious mind to set reminders about how and when you can be and feel this relaxing feeling.
When you want or need to have more calm clarity of mind.
And if this is something you want your unconscious mind to work on and present to you in situations where you can notice how you acted differently when you look back and situations that you can think about where you would act differently now.
You can choose to feel different about the way you act in certain situations because there are ways that you imagine for yourself and can imagine yourself so much better as the person who is confident in every situation that you are capable of doing.
All that is required.
You can imagine the areas of experience of planet earth that you would like to be more excited about.
Motivated to do.
Motivated to do and when you examine now inside your unconscious mind and later while you sleep and dream so that as you reflect on it and realise that you have just noticed another area.
A blockage that you can dismantle.
You can.
Or maybe you realised that the blockage was stopping you from doing it because you didn't really want to do it.
The more that you release blockages the clearer the vision of where you want to be can appear and the more your unconscious and your other unconscious mind are aligned in a way that will propel you towards what you do want and move you towards the things that make you feel excited.
Becoming clear on what you do want.
Very clear of a set image in your mind of how you want to be.
Feel how that feels and how wonderful it is to feel like that.
Imagine how you would describe your ideal way of being and allow yourself to think about it every day and the more consumed you become with the idea the more you will notice and create opportunities to become like that now.
As you continue to both release blocks and notice blockages you get close to what you do want to be on.
As you know it first of all involves noticing the blockages and then you can change it.
And this is something that in choice you can do easily.
And you can see yourself doing things differently because the time you take to see things differently feels differently to you can say to yourself excitedly how wonderful it looks and feels to clearly picture a better way of being in that situation.
And you can see yourself still while you in your mind's eye run through a different way of acting in that situation so that you can see a different better way of doing it.
A way that is possible and something that is better for everyone.
Then you can choose to act in the old way or you can picture yourself acting and being so much better and happy with this.
Very happy with this so much so that you can see yourself talking to others about how amazing this is.
And the new way that you act because you had a new choice because you saw yourself and felt good about it and decided to do this in the future.
You can take a moment to see the situation creating a happier and better experience for everyone involved.
Then you can make whatever positive change you want to make now.
You know that you can change your lives.
You know that the big things that you want are the things you can have.
And the things that you believe 100% about yourself like where you live and what your name is are strong beliefs.
These beliefs have different characteristics to the beliefs you have about other things.
And there are some things that you have no real interest in,
No strong belief about.
Like what the colour of my next colour is irrelevant to you or matters not if it's one colour or the other.
And then there are the beliefs that you have about yourself that you would like to have become real.
And while the jump from where they are now to the solid real belief like what your name is can seem like a big leap.
The distance between the two can be made easier by first allowing the beliefs you would like to have about yourself.
You can rapidly move to the place that is irrelevant to you either way you believe.
And while it's difficult to have the imagination and the belief about yourself in a different location,
You can again rapidly move it from there to the location in your mind of the strong belief that you have.
And feel good about seeing yourself as more now than you were and noticing how you are better than you were is the best way to motivate yourself to continue to move in that direction now.
While you sleep and dream and now and anytime you can and you can allow your unconscious to move the things that you would like to believe about yourself from where they are through the gateway of indifference to the position of strong belief now.
And as often as you and your unconscious wants.
And while you and your unconscious make all the adjustments to remove blockages and open the vistas of possibility inside you can start to reorientate yourself and notice your body and the sound of my voice and allow these adjustments to carry on and make positive changes this time when you wake up and when you listen to this session again now.
And as I count backwards from five to one come out of this trance now five aware of where you are for waking three up now to eyes wide open one all the way out of trance.

Wow 🤩 This one is really really different from many of the others that I’ve been on and I will have to do this one again, and again. Are used my noise canceling headphones and there isn’t any other way to listen to this one except by using headphones. Thank you so much for this wonderful meditation 🧘🏽

This is very interesting! But I do have a question. Toward the end you talk about moving beliefs you’d like to have about yourself through the “gateway of indifference” so that it becomes easier to believe. But since these are ideas or beliefs that we want to have, how do we go about pretending not to care about them? Thanks for this meditation/trance!
