We must remain calm and spread kindness to our global family.
Instead of going into panic or denial,
Ask yourself what is the coronavirus teaching us?
What if this was an opportunity to slow down,
Be more mindful and expand our consciousness?
Let's start our meditation by making sure you're comfortable in your body.
Gently close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Receive this energy of support from Mother Earth,
Giving us everything we need every day.
Now scan your body and bring your attention to those places where you feel heavy or stuck.
Where in your body do you feel fear?
Is it in your head?
In your neck or shoulders?
Is it in your belly?
Or perhaps in your hips?
Remember,
The first step to healing is to simply be honest and acknowledge the fear in your body.
It's okay to be afraid.
Now breathe into this fear.
No need to judge or deny it,
Just observe and as you breathe you can find more space inside and around the fear.
In this deep spaciousness you can rest and feel at peace with the fear.
You suddenly realize this virus is here to help you.
This virus has come to help us transform.
See and feel this dark energy dissolving into a pure healing light.
As if the virus itself could become your ally,
Your angel,
Cleansing and renewing every cell in the body.
Imagine you are showered by liquid light and you can feel this light flowing down from the top of the head,
Illuminating your brain,
Your eyes and your face.
Feel this light flowing down into your neck and shoulders,
Relaxing your chest and belly,
Healing and renewing every organ,
Bone and muscle.
Feel this light flowing into your hips and legs all the way down to your toes.
Drink in this healing light.
See your body shining like a bright star or a diamond,
Feeling so healthy and alive.
Now it's time to share your love and expand this healing energy beyond your physical body.
Like a big ball of light growing and covering your neighborhood,
Your city and your country.
Find your love as big and bright as the sun,
Shining on the whole world.
As if there were no walls,
No floor,
No ceiling,
Just a wide open space filled with love.
Share this positive energy with your friends and family,
Wherever they are on the planet.
Send them your love and wish them good health.
May they be safe,
Peaceful and happy.
Now send your love and healing prayers to all those who have contracted the virus.
May they be restored to full health.
Send your love and prayers to all the doctors,
Nurses,
Healthcare practitioners and everyone who is working to spread kindness.
Finally bring this love back to yourself,
Realizing you are a beautiful self in the larger body of humanity.
Feel the connection to our global family.
