If you find mornings particularly challenging or if you simply like to start the day with space to nurture yourself and set positive intentions, I've created this course for you.
I've designed the course to be a place you can return to again and again anytime you need a space in the morning to feel nourished and cultivate a positive mindset for the day ahead.
Over seven days, I'll suggest prompts for your journaling and reflective practices to foster a sense of gratitude, intention, and self-awareness. Each day begins and ends with a thoughtfully crafted poem to inspire and deepen your reflections.
Each day I'll invite you to reflect on a theme or prompt you to take action that will help you feel supported and nourished for the day ahead. I'll then give some information about each theme to help reinforce the benefits of the practice you are doing.
Over seven days, we'll cover the themes of gratitude, positive intentions, self-care, personal strengths, your support system, affirmations, and mindful moments. By the end of this seven-day journey, you'll feel more connected to your inner self and your personal strengths.
By the end of this course, you will have begun a powerful daily practice of creating mindful moments each morning, and you'll be equipped with a set of practical tools to maintain a positive and supportive mindset to support you each day.
