Welcome to Morning Mindfulness for Creativity.

This is your time to connect with your creative self and approach your day with intention.

These short sessions are designed to help you uncover the inspiration and abundance that live within you.

Each morning will explore a reflective question,

Giving you space to pause,

Think deeply and prepare for a day of creativity and flow.

So settle into a peaceful spot,

Have your journal nearby if you like and join me as we create this mindful start to the day together.

Today I invite you to reflect on what is needed to be attended to within yourself.

What is calling on your attention or distracting you right now?

And how can you attend to these inner needs in a caring,

Compassionate way to make way for a creative spaciousness to emerge within you?

When we attend to our needs,

We free up our inner resources and our creative energy,

Allowing us to be more present and generous.

And this frees us up to apply our focus and creative energy where we choose,

Keeping us in line with our goals and intentions.

Take a few minutes now to reflect.

Begin to deepen your breath and ask yourself this question.
