Lo que aprenderás
How much pain is still silently living inside the heart? How much energy do we lose through resentment, self-condemnation, guilt, or pride? Together we will experience how suppressed emotions, ego protection, and unresolved pain affect relationships, energy body, and ability to love fully. This is not a surface-level positivity course. It is for sincere seekers who are ready to soften inner resistance, release old emotional burdens, and meet themselves honestly. Forgiveness does not mean allowing abuse or suppressing emotions. Healthy boundaries, emotional awareness, grounding, and compassion are all part of true healing. Sometimes forgiveness happens quickly. Sometimes the heart first needs safety, calmness, and deep harmonization before it can truly let go.

My background combines yoga therapy, non-dual meditation and research in Positive Psychology. Personally, I once believed I had very little to forgive. But through deeper inner work, I gradually discovered more subtle layers of pride, hurt, self-condemnation, expectations, and emotional protection hidden within. This course is therefore not...

Lección 1
Intro: What This Course Develops?
This course develops the capacity to soften the ego, awaken the heart, release suppressed emotions, and cultivate loving kindness through meditation, breath, reflection, prana healing, and practical daily exercises. The practices are gentle, but they require sincerity, courage, and willingness to observe the ego honestly. Ego always finds reasons not to forgive. How do we awaken the heart? Through conscious breathing, asanas, devotional songs, caring for others, and especially blessing others with loving kindness during meditation. Forgiveness does not mean allowing people to cross healthy boundaries. We learn how to express emotions consciously, respectfully, and honestly without suppressing anger or pain. Through deep breathing and awareness, emotions can move through the body instead of remaining trapped inside.
Lección 2
Meditation To Forgive 1 Specific Person & Loving Kindness
We will practice a deep heart-centered meditation inspired by MCKS to forgive one specific person. We will repeat a simple healing affirmation and observe what emotions, memories, or resistance arise within the heart. Can you sincerely wish peace to someone who once hurt you? Can the heart remain open without protecting itself through anger?
Lección 3
Prana Ballancing & Emotional Release
Energy healing techniques to harmonize the emotional body and energy centers connected with forgiveness. We will focus especially on the heart chakra, solar plexus chakra, and meng mein chakra to release suppressed emotions, pride, anger, ego, and emotional heaviness. Sometimes we cannot forgive because the energy system itself is exhausted, blocked, or emotionally overloaded. Through breath, awareness, energy balancing, and deep inner observation, we create the inner conditions where forgiveness becomes possible naturally. Inspired by Pranic healing.
Lección 4
Self-Forgiveness
Forgiving ourselves is often even harder than forgiving others. Many people carry very high expectations for themselves and silently condemn themselves for not living up to them. Over time, this inner pressure creates stress, emotional exhaustion, shame, perfectionism. The path of healing is not force or self-punishment. It is loving consistency. Can I still value myself even when I fail? Who would I be without constant inner criticism?
Lección 5
Forgiveness & Parents
This one goes deep. We might cry together.. Yogic practice with full prostration with humility and surrender. Through visualization and inner prayer, we will imagine touching the feet of our parents, asking for forgiveness, and offering forgiveness in return. This practice can bring deep humility, soften pride, and heal old emotional wounds connected with family and childhood. Many students described this practice by saying, “It made my heart completely light.” What would happen if we stopped carrying years of pain inside the body?
Lección 6
Integration Of Techniques & Dealing With Obstacles
Healing happens not only during meditation, but through small daily choices. Daily integration: • Practice forgiveness meditation for min. 21 days • Work with one person at a time when doing forgiveness • Express emotions consciously with deep breathing instead of suppression • When appropriate, show affection, warmth, or little acts of kindness again • Journal every evening before sleep: “How did I speak internally to myself during the most difficult moment today?”
