Meet Your Spirit Guides

Meet your team of spirit helpers to bring greater ease and bliss to your life's journey. Spirit guides are messengers through the veil of the third dimension. Your guides and helpers are supportive listeners, wisdom keepers, and healers who have your back.

Throughout this course, you will be introduced to many of your own personal guides, as well as ascended masters to help connect with your highest potential. Access greater joy, insightful nuggets of knowledge, and peaceful love. Let’s have some playful curiosity drive this mystical journey of self-discovery using your superpower of intuition.

Core shamanic journeywork is infused into the practices as a gateway of accessing your spirit guides in alternate dimensions. We use the steady drumbeat to create relaxation in the mind. When people relax, their brainwaves slow to an ‘Alpha’ rhythm, which is 7–14 cycles per second. When a person reaches this alpha state while they are still conscious, their imagination and intuition are highly active and they can see vivid imagery, like an intense dream. With these heightened extrasensory perceptions, it is the perfect setting to meet with your team of spirit guides.

As we meet your team of guides, we will be venturing into divination. Divination is a method of receiving wisdom through spirit to help support you in everyday challenges and decisions.

Spirit guides also offer us energy healing and can support our physical bodies through their healing abilities. Buckle up for some surprises along the way!

Lección 1: Guides, Ghosts & Energies

What and who are your spirit guides? Today, we will uncover the elusive beliefs and fear-based mentalities that can hold us back from a vivid connection with our guides. We will awaken your third eye to a heightened intensity and soften the blocks and walls of the conscious mind, so that you can directly contact your guides and helpers.

We will also connect to your highest self and vibration of pure love, to work safely in the different dimensions we will be exploring through the course.

Lección 2: Meeting With The Other Side

Your team of spirit guides is waiting to meet you! Today, we will talk about where we are going to meet them, and how we are going to meet them. The different fields and dimensions are accessed through different mediums.

We will do our first journey to meet a plant spirit today in the middle world (earth realm).

Lección 3: Messages In Waiting

Just as there are physical omens and oracles (an eagle soaring above, or a butterfly landing on you), your guides communicate in the same way on the level of spirit. We will go through the different methods of communication that your guides will use to connect with you. Words, imagery, symbolism and more.

Today, we will venture to your power animal guide in the lower world (natural plane).

Lección 4: Guidance Through Divination

Divination is opening a channel of connection with you and your guide to receive information from universal source wisdom. You can ask any question and receive potent and useful information to help guide you on your journey of life.

Today, we will venture to your teacher guide in the upper world.

Lección 5: Healing Your Spirit

Healing always begins in the field of energy. Using guides and spirit you can bring healing into your spiritual body that will flow into your physical, mental and emotional body instantly. Today, we will meet your ancestors and receive a special healing that is needed for your energy field. We will also connect with the gifts of your ancestral lines, and challenging soul growth opportunities that have been handed down to you.

Lección 6: Special Gifts With Special Guides

By connecting with your spirit guides you receive many gifts with these new friendships. Through journey work, you open yourself to a direct path of connection with your soul truth. Spirit gifts you with knowledge, healing, and special gifts along the way.

Today’s practice is a fun adventure where we will meet your protector guide, inner child/creative guide, work guide, and a surprise guest guide. All of these guides will have a special gift for you to receive.

Lección 7: Buddha, Jesus & Beyond

You can meet anyone in the realm of spirit. There are no limitations! As spirit is not limited by time and space, you can always access a higher power or being. Ascended masters are guides that are universally shared, they offer support to everyone whenever they are called upon, as they are beings of compassionate care.

Today, we will journey to meet with Buddha, Jesus, and some special guests.

Lección 8: Bringing Magic Into Everyday

This whirlwind of new connections can feel overwhelming. Let’s simplify these practices in a way that can bring ease and bliss through journeying into your life. Today, we will practice divination, and allowing your guides to show you how to embrace your new connections with them.
