Hello everyone and thank you so much for joining me for today's meditation.
Today we are going to be moving through the sacral chakra,
Embodying our divine feminine energy regardless of gender.
I want you to start your practice by finding yourself in a comfortable position either seated or laying down.
Be sure to find symmetry in the body and the arms and the legs.
And meet me with three deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose and holding at the top for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Releasing.
In through the nose holding at the top for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And releasing.
Breathing in through the nose holding for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And releasing.
Breathing in through the nose holding for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Releasing.
Today we are connecting with the sacral chakra,
Connecting with our divine feminine energy.
The sacral chakra is the chakra of yin energy,
The moon,
Water,
Pleasure,
Emotions,
Birth,
And creation,
Releasing shame and guilt.
I want you to connect with the sacral chakra,
The space in the pelvis,
The reproductive organs,
The lower abdomen.
I want you to feel into the space.
Breathe life and breathe light.
A shimmering,
Bright,
Juicy orange light is being breathed into this space of the sacral chakra,
Just below the navel.
Remember this is the energy center of emotions.
As you're sitting here in quiet contemplation,
Notice are any emotions surfacing for you.
Is there anything that you have been pushing away,
Avoiding,
Ignoring,
Anything that's been holding you back,
Any area of life where you've been tripping up and haven't been experiencing the reality you wish to experience?
Allow yourself to flow like water.
Visualize a stream,
A river of pure clean fresh water.
And as you are floating down this river,
This river is made of your emotions,
Drifting from one emotion to the next and to the next.
And some emotions last longer than others.
In some areas of the river,
The current is a little bit stronger,
But that's okay.
This is all a part of the process.
I want you to experience any emotion that you have been pushing away right here in this moment,
Using the visualization of the river.
Enjoy this space for a few moments.
I'll keep the time.
You you Remember,
Trauma and emotions are stored in the body.
You hold the power to release these emotions,
To give it up to the universe,
To declare this is no longer my problem.
I want you to begin to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and just come back into the body.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Holding at the top for five seconds and releasing whenever you're ready.
I want you to open your eyes and I want you to rise to a seated position if you are not there already.
Just begin to roll the neck and the other direction,
Rolling the shoulders in both directions,
Stretching your arms up and to the side and around the back and eventually finding your way into a tabletop position,
Continuing to stretch and move however feels most aligned with your intuitive,
Brilliant body.
Maybe moving through some cat-cow postures,
Moving into child's pose,
Into upward-facing dog or downward-facing dog or you don't even have to be doing any yoga postures at all,
Just stretching,
Moving,
Shaking the body,
Shaking out the wrists,
Shaking out the ankles,
Shaking the head yes,
Shaking the head no.
Use this time to move your body.
This is releasing all of this energy.
You you you you and I want you to smile and give yourself a big hug.
Maybe place your hands on your heart or the belly and just comfort yourself as you are working through these heavy emotions.
