You may begin your practice by finding a comfortable posture,
Ensuring you are balanced in your body with a straight spine.
Clear the mind by becoming aware of your natural breathing pattern.
Come back home to the body by lightly scanning your body from the toes to the head,
Noticing all sensations.
There is no need to engage,
Simply notice.
Whenever you are relaxed and ready,
Visualize a deep red root anchoring deep into the earth.
This root is pulsing and vibrating with a deep red light.
The bottoms of your feet are now pulling this light upwards as the root is connecting to your feet,
Rising up the legs,
Meeting in the hips,
Filling the space with a deep red light.
Repeat after me.
I am grounded.
I am safe and secure.
I am safe and secure.
I am stable and supported.
All of my needs are met.
The universe is providing for me now.
Now visualize a bright golden light from the cosmos pouring down into the top of your head.
This light is pulsing and vibrating with energy as it pours down until the hips,
Filling your body with light.
Repeat after me.
I am centered.
I am present.
I am connected.
I am one with spirit.
I am one with the source of infinite peace.
Visualize the deep red root merging with the golden light in your hips,
Anchoring you between manifestation and liberation,
The physical and spiritual,
The body and the soul.
Continue to breathe in this space and experience your presence and wholeness.
In this moment,
You are anchored in your own energy,
Safe and secure,
Grounded and centered,
Present and whole.
