Welcome to this guided meditation for setting intentions.

Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

Soften your gaze or close your eyes.

And take a deep,

Cleansing breath.

Inhaling deeply through your nose.

And exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Releasing any tension you may be holding onto.

As we embark on this journey of setting intentions,

Allow yourself to fully let go of the outside world.

Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you.

And let your breath become your anchor,

Grounding you in this present moment.

Imagine yourself in a serene and peaceful place in nature.

This could be a lush forest,

A tranquil beach,

Or a serene mountaintop.

Visualize every detail,

The colors,

The textures,

The scents.

Feel the gentle breeze on your skin,

And the warmth of the sun enveloping you in a comforting embrace.

Now take a few moments to reflect on your life as it is right now.

Without judgment,

Observe the areas where you'd like to invite positive change and growth.

What aspects of your life could benefit from a shift in focus or energy?

These areas will be the foundation of your intentions.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine a soft and radiant light surrounding you.

This light represents your inner wisdom,

Your intuition,

And the infinite potential within you.

With each breath,

This light grows brighter,

Illuminating your path.

What do you wish to cultivate in your life?

Is it love?

Joy?

Abundance?

Gratitude?

Or perhaps healing?

Allow your heart to guide you in choosing intentions that resonate deeply with your true self.

Now let's infuse those intentions with emotion and energy.

Visualize yourself already living in alignment with these intentions.

Feel the emotions associated with them,

Whether it's the joy of success,

The serenity of healing,

Or the contentment of abundance.

Embrace these emotions as if they are already a part of your reality.

Visualize yourself taking steps toward these intentions,

Overcoming challenges with resilience and determination.

See yourself surrounded by a supportive and loving community,

All of whom are cheering you on as you continue to bask in this vision.

Repeat your intentions silently to yourself.

Speak them with conviction,

As if you're sharing them with the universe itself.

Feel the words carrying the energy of your desires into the vast expanse of possibilities.

As our meditation draws to a close,

Take a moment to let your heart fill with gratitude.

Gratitude for this moment of introspection,

For the intentions you've set,

And for the journey ahead.

Know that by setting these intentions and nurturing them with focus and determination,

You are taking powerful steps towards manifesting positive change in your life.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment by deepening your breath and wiggling your fingers and toes,

Taking a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Softly blink your eyes open if they were closed.

I invite you to carry the energy of your intentions with you throughout the rest of your day.
