In this meditation,
I'm going to be taking you on a guided visual journey.
I'm not going to elaborate what that may be right now,
But I will tell you the benefits you'll receive from it.
A feeling of understanding,
Connection,
A feeling like you are truly at one with yourself.
First of all,
I want you to close your eyes and just focus on your breathing for a little while.
Start breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Make sure you're sitting in a comfortable position.
Okay,
Hopefully you're comfortable now and feel a little more grounded.
I want you to close your eyes.
You're walking along a rocky path.
It's the evening time and there's a gentle breeze coming from behind you,
Nudging you forward.
It's like you are being guided in this moment.
I want you to feel that presence,
Whatever that presence may be.
Let that feeling engulf your body.
I want you to feel safe,
Secure,
Inquisitive and also like you are being guided.
The wind picks up a little bit and you know this is time for you to begin your walk.
Continue walking along the path.
You can see to the side of you,
There isn't really much.
There's some grass and you can see the grass moving.
In terms of the landscape,
There aren't many trees.
There's more of just a background of sky,
Blue sky.
It's kind of an evening blue,
So there's a shade of orange in there as well.
The sky is completely clear.
It's like you're walking towards the sky.
As you continue to walk along your path,
You feel slightly warmer than you were when you began this meditation.
Feeling like you're more safe and secure for some reason.
You can't quite pinpoint why you're getting that feeling.
You know that this is a path that you were meant to take.
All of a sudden,
Some stairs start to appear in the distance.
You can just make them out.
The reason you can make them out is because they're glistening.
The sun is shining from them.
As you begin to walk closer,
You notice that these stairs are a silver colour.
As you get closer and closer,
You can almost see a reflection in the stairs.
You look up and you notice that the stairs just lead upwards.
You can't see what's at the top,
It's just stairs.
The wind blows slightly from behind you again in the direction towards the stairs and you know that you are about to climb these steps.
You take your first step and you are immediately filled with a feeling of love and compassion.
As you look down and notice your feet touching the stairs,
You kind of see this light connection between you and the stairs.
This is kind of bringing a tingling sensation into your feet.
A real positive energy is coming up through your feet and through your body.
It's almost like a healing energy because it feels so good right now.
The energy is slowly moving its way up through your body,
Into your lower abdomen,
Up into your stomach,
Moving out to the ends of your arms,
Into your fingers,
Up through your neck and into your mind.
This brings a new level of clarity.
You can see everything around you all the more vibrant and colourful.
It's like almost everything that you were holding on to,
You've just managed to let go in this moment.
You feel free and you begin to take the next step and you notice that it feels very light,
Like it's no real effort climbing these stairs.
As you continue to walk up the stairs,
You feel even lighter and lighter.
But you still feel very grounded towards the stairs.
You're not going to float away or fall off.
There's a real connection you have with this stairway.
And as you look up,
All you can see is kind of like a bright light that you're walking towards.
And every step you take,
The better and better you are feeling right now.
In fact,
Right now you are feeling so good that you're almost feeling tearful with joy.
This is your moment to experience this true feeling of goodness,
Here and now.
I'm going to give you a minute or so just to feel that goodness.
And then you begin to walk more because you want to feel even better.
And as you walk,
You do feel even better.
Every step you take upwards now,
You feel even more incredible.
This is a feeling that you've been waiting for for a very long time.
It's almost like a feeling of complete knowing.
Knowing who you are.
A true feeling of self.
You are pure goodness.
And you understand that this is what this stairs is all about.
It's about you feeling the best you can feel.
Because that is who you truly are.
That is how powerful you are.
That good feeling,
That powerful good feeling resides in you.
And you don't have to feel this way all the time.
But it does mean that in any given moment you can pluck out a good feeling.
When you're feeling low.
When you're not feeling yourself.
When you're feeling like you have a lack of motivation.
There's an ability there to summon this feeling.
Because what you are feeling right now.
Although I have guided you,
You have managed to experience this on your own accord.
So I want you to feel empowered in this moment.
All of a sudden you look up and you see that the light has gotten even brighter.
And you're almost squinting because it's that bright.
And you hear these words whisper.
You don't know where it's coming from,
But you know that the message is for you.
You are loved.
You are love.
You can always experience love.
Believe in yourself.
You are not alone.
And all of a sudden you feel amazing.
On top of the world right now.
There's nothing that can stop you in this moment.
And as you look over the side of the stairs,
You can see your life.
Different memories.
I want you to just imagine and remember and reminisce for a little while.
As you look over the side of the stairs and see your memories play out below you.
I want you to be grateful as you see your memories.
Be thankful for the love that you have received in the past.
And the beautiful divine experiences that have been a part of your life.
All of a sudden,
The stairs begin to move backwards.
And you begin to slowly descend back to the ground.
And as you do,
You keep a good feeling with you.
A sense of motivation and inspiration.
A feeling of empowerment and understanding.
You finally touch back down on the path.
And as you do,
I want you to slowly open your eyes and just become aware of the room around you.
Or wherever you're meditating at the moment.
Just become aware of your surroundings.
Bring yourself back down to reality.
This meditation intended to give you a powerful message today.
And that is that you are powerful beyond measure.
And you have the ability to summon good feelings at will.
Even in your lowest point,
Happiness can be found in the darkest of times.
If only one remembers to turn on the light.
