Hello and welcome,
Firstly,
Congratulate yourself for being here today.
The very fact that you are choosing to meditate and find a place of peace and comfort means that you are investing in your wellbeing.
You have decided today to take part in a self love journey,
And that's what this meditation is going to be about today.
Finding the present moment,
Practicing self love,
Choosing you,
I'd like you to begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Excellent.
You should be so proud of yourself for being here today.
By choosing to invest in yourself,
You are choosing to make your life as you choose it to be.
Once again take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
And as you do so,
Imagine exhaling any energy that's not serving you in this moment.
Once again take a deep breath and exhale tension that no longer serves a purpose in your body.
As you exhale this tension,
Notice any muscles in your body that may be tense in this moment.
Choose to relax them,
Choose you.
Focus on your neck,
Is there any tension there,
If so release it,
And work your way down through your body as you become more and more relaxed and grounded in the present moment.
By being here,
You cannot do wrong,
There is no right way of doing this,
Everything you have done is perfect so far.
Any thoughts that come your way,
Accept them,
And just focus back on the sound of this music,
The sound of my voice,
And allow it to guide you to a place of pure bliss.
You deserve this time,
Tell yourself that,
I deserve this time,
And as you say that,
Allow it to remind you,
That you deserve this on a daily basis,
You deserve this time to feel at one in the present moment,
No matter what you are going through,
No matter what has happened or what is to come,
All there is,
Right now,
Is this moment.
Say it to yourself,
All there is,
Right now,
Is the present moment,
Doesn't that feel good to say,
Isn't that a wonderful thought,
All there really is,
Is the present moment.
The past and the future do not exist right now,
And therefore you can let go of them,
There is no one telling you that you need to focus on those things right now,
You are allowed to let them go and feel the present moment.
As this meditation progresses you feel even more relaxed,
You may begin to feel a tingling sensation at the ends of your fingers and into your toes,
You may feel an energy throughout your body,
A positive energy,
And if so,
Just feel that you deserve this good feeling,
Just sit here in this good feeling.
I want you to once again congratulate yourself for being here today,
And allow yourself to take this good feeling into the rest of your day.
Why carry tension with you,
It won't serve you,
You may as well allow this feeling into the rest of your day,
And it might help you realise that this is who you truly are when you give yourself permission to let go.
