It's going to be okay.
That's the mantra that I want you to meditate on today.
Everything is going to be absolutely fine.
It doesn't matter what you're going through,
The pain you're feeling,
The darkness that you feel has been lingering,
How overwhelmed you feel.
I promise you from the bottom of my heart that this too shall pass.
It's going to be okay.
Breathe.
Breathe easy.
Allow air to fill your lungs through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth.
Whilst focusing on that thought,
That it's going to be okay.
Everything will be alright in the end.
After a hurricane comes a rainbow.
Repeat that mantra in your mind as often as you want throughout this meditation as you are breathing easy.
It's going to be okay.
When we are in the thicker things,
It's hard to see the bigger picture.
We look through a blink of perspective because our problems can become overwhelming at times.
But this is the bigger picture.
Your problems are minute in comparison with what's going on around you,
The grand universe.
Scale things up.
Remove yourself from consciously focusing on your problems.
And just draw your focus towards the mantra,
It's going to be okay.
And realize that the world and everything around you is still functioning just as it was before,
Despite your problems.
And you are still well and healthy.
You are still a strong,
Powerful person.
You will get through this.
All there is,
Is now,
The peace in this present moment.
In hard times I like to quote Bob Marley.
Don't worry about a thing,
Because every little thing is going to be alright.
It's going to be okay.
We tend to internalize our problems.
And believe like they are a part of us.
The reality of it is,
They're just negative attachments that cling on for some time and eventually let go.
Eventually,
Your problem will let go.
And you have the ability to let go of that problem right now.
By choosing to focus on the present moment and realizing that it's just going to be okay.
It will be fine.
When I'm feeling overwhelmed and stressed,
I like to think of my loved ones.
Their smile.
Think of them laughing.
Do that for a moment.
Just focus on the people that you love.
Imagine them laughing in your presence.
You are so loved.
Breathe easy.
Relax.
Let go of those negative attachments.
It's going to be okay.
Think of all the things in the past that you have overcome to get to where you are right now.
Do you really think that this problem is going to be the one to break you?
No.
Of course it's not.
You're going to get through this like you have got through everything in the past because you are a powerful,
Incredible being.
And that negativity doesn't have power over you.
You don't let it because you allow yourself to have time.
Time to ground yourself as you are doing right now in the present moment.
You find that peace again every time.
So well done for that.
