I will guide you through a process that will help bring you back to a base line that you are happy with. This meditation can be repeated as many times as needed until you feel better. This is an immediate relief for high anxiety where you feel overwhelmed. You are not alone and I am here to guide you to a place of relief. We will do this together.

Hello my friend,

I know you're feeling it right now,

I know maybe your thoughts are spinning too fast to catch,

Or maybe it feels like everything is just too much,

But I want you to know something,

Right here,

Right now,

You are not alone.

I'm right here with you,

And you're not broken,

You're human,

And this moment doesn't define you.

Let's take a little pause together.

No pressure at all,

Just a gentle pause.

You don't have to breathe in a certain way or calm down right now.

Let's just take a natural breath together,

However it comes,

In and out.

And again,

Just breathe naturally,

You're doing beautifully.

Now,

Let's gently just notice something around us,

One thing that we can see,

Let our eyes land on it with no judgement.

Just sit with whatever you're looking at.

Now let's notice one thing we can feel,

That might be our feet on the floor,

Or our hands resting on our lap.

Whatever it is,

That's your body,

Grounded in the here and now.

You are grounded here and now.

You are safe in this moment,

You really are.

You're with me,

You're safe.

Anxiety can feel like a tidal wave,

But it's not permanent,

It rises and it crashes,

And then it passes,

Trust in that,

Just like weather,

It comes and goes.

Even if it's feeling huge for you right now,

You are still here,

Still breathing,

Still incredibly strong for being here and pursuing something that's going to help you,

Even if you don't feel that way right now.

And I need you to hear this,

You are not a burden,

You're not too much,

Your feelings are not too loud,

There is room for everything you're feeling,

And there is room for you.

You are held in love,

Even now,

Especially now.

There's no pressure to be put on yourself,

You don't need to be ok right away,

You don't need to be calm,

Or need to be perfect or peaceful.

Just being here is enough,

You've already made it through so much,

And you're making it through this too.

One breath,

One moment,

One heartbeat at a time.

You are loved and you are worthy,

And you are not alone,

You're doing your best and your best is enough.

So feel free to just listen to this track as many times as you need to,

Give yourself that chance to let your shoulders just drop a bit and give yourself as much time as you need,

Prioritise yourself right now.

Just take one more gentle breath,

And return to this track whenever you need to.

Please remember you're not alone and you're doing so well,

Be proud of yourself for just being here.
