Meditation is a powerful tool that will help you reconnect with your body and mind. This meditation will help you connect with your current reality and accept it. I want you to get comfortable,

Take a few deep breaths.

Allow yourself to be in the present moment here with me.

You chose to be here because you want to make changes in your life.

You want to remove clutter and be more intentional with your time,

With your space,

With your energy and your emotions.

You want to feel more happiness,

More fulfillment,

More joy in your life and of course more freedom.

Let's get started shining the light on the positives of your life first.

I want you to think about your life right now and identify what's working for you.

What do you feel great about your life right now?

What is something that makes you smile,

Happy,

Proud,

Special?

You can list as many things as you can think of,

Celebrate them,

Be grateful to have them in your life.

So many times we focus on the negatives only and we forget of all the great things that exist in our lives.

If you are having trouble finding things,

That's okay.

Some simple things to be grateful of could be being healthy,

Having a mother or a father,

Having siblings that love you,

Having a job that pays you,

Living in a safe country,

Having running water at home.

The more you think about it,

The more positive things you will find in your life.

Please allow yourself some time to celebrate them and really feel the gratefulness in your body.

Yes,

It feels great,

Doesn't it?

I am grateful for my daughter smiling at me and telling me I love you.

I am grateful for my flexible work.

I am grateful for having a comfortable home.

I am grateful for your presence and excitement doing this course with me.

These are just some examples of my own.

Just take some time and think about the good things in your life.

Thank you so much for your gratefulness.

I invite you to think about 10 things that you are grateful for during the next 13 days of this course.

Write them down every day and I promise you that you will notice a huge difference in your life.

Now I want you to connect with your frustrations and things that you would like to change in your life.

What are they?

Why do you want to change them?

What have you tried so far to make things better?

How long have you been struggling with this for?

How do you feel when thinking of it?

What emotions show up for you when connecting with these things?

Think about your mind and emotions,

Your body,

Your time,

Your home,

Your digital life,

Your relationships,

Your money,

Your work.

Take the time to scan all of these areas one by one.

Please take as much time as you require to list everything that is bothering you.

Start with the thing that is bothering you the most right now and keep going with the next one and the next one and the next one.

I want you to declare your mind and all your emotions down into a piece of paper.

We will use all this information tomorrow.

Feel free to pause the audio and take as much time as you require.

Once you feel complete and nothing else comes to mind,

I want you to think about how your life will be if you could change all these things.

How will you feel?

What will you be able to do that you cannot do right now?

How will life change for yourself and for others?

Think about all the benefits that making these changes will bring you.

What kind of person will you become?

What will your family say when meeting this new you?

Visualize yourself leaving this new reality.

Connect with that reality.

Feel it.

Experience it.

Take as much time as you want to stay in this new reality.

Take as much time as you want to stay in this new reality.

Feel free to pause the audio until you feel complete and satisfied.

When you are ready,

I invite you to come back to the present moment.

Move your arms,

Your legs,

Open your eyes.

You did amazing work.

Thank you so much for allowing yourself time and space to connect with your feelings.

For giving yourself the gift of awareness.

For allowing yourself to dream.

To visualize a new reality that is possible.
