Often our attention is fragmented because a part of us is in distress. When we are at ease, our attention naturally gathers. In this practice, we first acknowledge the stress and give gratitude to the problem-solving mind. Then a body scan will deepen your connection to your energy. We'll utilize the breath to shift your state of being, move energy in the body, and create space for your emotions to be felt and processed. Breathwork accompanied by classical music.
