I'm in New York City and I love New York City so much.

I wish you could see the skyline right in front of me.

And to survive in New York City,

I need to spend lots and lots of time in nature.

Why is being in nature a spiritual practice?

It just makes us feel so much better.

It makes us healthier.

Why is that?

It's because nature has no ego.

So people have ego.

The projects people create,

Buildings,

Organizations,

They have the imprint of that ego.

Nature is the only thing around us with no ego.

When we're in nature,

We get the feeling of an environment with no ego.

And that's why it is so healing to us this year.

Spend as much time as you can in nature because it's the year of the firehorse.

It's going to be extremely intense.

There's going to be a lot of ego around.

Book that time with no ego,

Which is in nature.

And it doesn't have to be a five-star resort.

It can be a cabin in the woods and that will give you every benefit.

But between a five-star resort in Tokyo or Paris,

Or that cabin in the woods this year,

Pick the cabin in the woods.
