We honor the practice by starting with the breath.
Feel the breath as it moves in and out of the body.
Feeling your gentle inhale,
Exhale.
No need to change the breath.
Just connect to the breath.
And now wish for yourself.
Through all my challenges,
May I hear my own inner voice.
May I follow the heart that wants to be happy.
Letting your face relax,
Letting your forehead and your jaw and your belly relax.
Send the wish to yourself.
May I know that the more joy I feel,
The more joy I spread.
May I live with ease.
No matter what,
May I be on my own side.
Putting a hand on your heart and wishing for yourself.
In any situation,
May I stay connected to what my intentions are for how I want to live my life.
This heart intention,
May I stay connected to it in everything that I do on the outside.
May this heart rejoice.
May I rejoice in my joy.
May I be healthy and safe.
May I see the compassionate universe in all that happens to me.
And still feeling this heart and from this heart,
Expanding this wish out.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
May all beings be safe.
And may I feel so much joy that I bring joy to others.
May this joy start at this heart and move throughout the world.
