Find your comfortable seat and welcome to this meditation for your own happiness,
Because your own happiness comes from the heart,
It doesn't come from the mind or the intellect,
Your true happiness comes from the heart.
So put a hand on your heart,
Find contact,
Physical contact first with your heart,
Feel the hand move up and down with the breath and with your hand and on your heart say,
I accept all beings as they are.
The heart is inclusive of all things.
I accept all beings as they are.
I am NOT here to judge,
I am here to pay attention,
I am here to feel,
To feel joy and feel every emotion.
Say every emotion is welcome here in this heart.
I am worthy as I experience every emotion.
I release all beings from expectations.
I am grateful to all beings.
I forgive all beings.
Sending gratitude for this freedom,
This opportunity to be here today.
Sending gratitude that you have so many choices,
Knowing that your freedom is the only prerequisite to happiness and setting the intention to connect in a way that every being feels free.
Setting the intention to offer a loving presence to every being on earth and setting the intention to always offer a loving presence and support to yourself in every situation.
