And I wanna give you a moment to just tune into yourself.
Tune into your body as it is.

So you can become aware of your own rhythm.
Begin with a gentle awareness to feel the breath as it enters your nostrils.
Feel the breath as it goes in and out of your nose.
Feel your breath in your throat.
Feel your breath in your chest.
Feel that gentle rise and falling of the chest.
Become interested in your breath.
Watch it with interest,
Feeling it fully,
Feeling it's every sensation like you're observing something sacred.

Put your hands on your heart.
Feel into your heart and what is there.
Wishing.

May I take good care of this heart.
May I know the strength of this heart.
May this heart be happy.
May this heart feel joy.
May this heart feel genuine connection.
May the wishes of this heart come true.

Even if you have challenges,
You know that you can meet them.
Imagine yourself strong and at peace with everything that is happening in the world and to you.
There is depth and love and calm in your heart.
You feel connected to energy and to your resource.

Doing what you love,
Doing what you wanna do on this earth as much as possible.
Feel that energy running through you.
You have vision,
You have courage,
You feel flow.
And now ask yourself,
What am I doing?
What is it that I wanna do?
What is it that I wanna bring with me or create in this next year for my joy and therefore the joy of all beings?
