The path to happiness includes these things,
An open heart,
Lots of sleep at night,
Understanding your own boundaries and protecting your own boundaries,
Knowing what your true wishes are and making it a priority,
Not some nice extra,
But a priority to live out your wildest dreams and make your wishes come true and complete inner safety,
Which is knowing that in any situation,
I will be kind to myself.
If I win or lose,
I will be equally supportive to myself.
That's self-compassion.
And it's those things that help us live out a long and happy and interesting life that we're excited about.
I wish you that kind of life,
Where at the end of your life,
You think,
What an amazing ride.
