This was amazing. I've been practicing reiki and meditations with channeling the white light energy bubble I go into for healing and calming. As an energy worker, the idea and experience of bringing in the vibration and energy of my intention into that space was awesome. I was able to follow the vibration through my heart center as it worked it's way through and put words to what I couldn't at the time. It ended with clearing out more negative energy and with the statement, "I am blissful loving kindness." That was my intention I didn't have the words for at this moment.
