Hello and welcome to flower agate reiki meditation.
So today I am transmitting reiki to you with a flower agate sphere in each hand.
You do not need to have this stone to receive energy from these stones.
But if you happen to have some that you would like to incorporate or work with during this time,
I would encourage you to pause me for a second and grab it,
Either wear it or put it on you,
Have it in your space,
And then we can set the intention for your flower agate to be charged as well.
If you're all set,
Let's just go ahead and take a few nice deep breaths in and out as we settle in together.
Wherever it is that you're listening from,
Go ahead and sink deeper into that space.
The couch,
The bed,
The floor,
Whatever it is you may be laying on,
The earth outside.
Just feeling yourself being supported and also saying yes to accepting nourishment,
Deep nourishment,
Bone-deep,
Soul-deep nourishment.
And as you allow the structure of your body to sink into the structure that is supporting you,
It almost feels like your body wants to say,
So go ahead and just receive that feeling.
Today,
As I was asking this crystal how it wanted to be incorporated in this session,
It gave me a very specific symbol to use that's part of the karuna tradition.
So as we explore reiki,
Your needs,
I'm just going to take you a little bit through the meanings of this symbol and how it might be showing up for you in this session.
So the first is for grounding.
Now you don't know what this symbol looks like,
But if you could imagine that I,
In the reiki,
Is being placed in the upper part of your hips,
And then spiraling down all the way towards your feet.
And as this is happening,
It's creating a strong connection to the earth.
And with this vortex of energy in your body moving down towards your feet,
Down towards the earth,
You begin to notice that the hypervigilance and activity of the mind begin to slow down.
We are consciously shifting our awareness from our thinking brain into the lower half of the body,
Feeling yourself becoming more connected to earth energy,
And allowing this consciousness to move fully into your being.
You are here to receive,
Accept,
Say yes.
And I know that's hard for you sometimes,
But I believe that you showed up here for yourself today.
So you could receive.
So now take a moment and consciously allow.
You don't have to do anything.
You've already shown up.
You feel connected to the reiki,
Connected to the earth,
Connected to yourself.
Your brain continues to settle,
Become more observatory.
Just take a moment to connect with what you are observing within yourself in this moment.
Noticing,
Breathing,
Observing,
Feeling.
What does it feel like to be you right now?
Just you.
Not the weight of the world.
Just you right now.
Not what you think you feel like,
But what you really feel like.
If there was a way that you could feel more harmonious,
What would that feel like?
What would that look like?
Is there a shift required for harmony to exist?
What would it feel like to be peaceful within yourself?
Could we imagine or even actually create peace?
Breathe peace into your being.
And as you become more peaceful,
So too do your surroundings.
As those around you become more peaceful,
So do those around them.
And it is clear to see how creating peace within yourself can impact the world one breath at a time.
Not by doing,
But just by being.
Can you be here now for just a few more moments in peace?
No pressure.
Just permission.
Imagining.
Feeling so peaceful.
Thinking about your next encounter.
Trip to a store.
Person you talk to.
How might that interaction change because of the peace that resides within you?
What would that look like?
What would that feel like?
To have a peaceful exchange.
The hackles are down.
The walls are lowered.
There is no threat.
With this feeling of peace,
You stand differently.
There's no agitation.
There's no rush.
But there is space for smile and authenticity and sharing a true moment with someone without worrying about what's next.
This gift of peace is what the flower agate inspires us to do.
