Hi friend,
I'm so glad you're here choosing to take a pause,
Turn inward and reflect on a quote.
My name is Eileen Rose Miles and I'm here to guide you and I'm here to walk alongside you.
As we dive in.
And listen to some beautiful words.
Today the quote is by Zaina Keithley.
Before we dive in,
Join me maybe with your eyes closed.
Breathe in deeply.
Big sigh.
Breathe in.
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Hold the exhale.
Inhale Hold.
Exhale.
Hold.
Feel yourself grounding down Slowing down,
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Hold.
One more box breath in.
Hold.
Exhale.
Whole.
Take a normal inhale.
Big sigh.
Letting yourself fully be here.
In the time that you carved out for you today.
Choosing to be where your feet are.
Let your entire body melt so that you can fully receive these words.
Creating space.
In the mind and the heart As Anna Keithley writes,
Talent matters.
Skills matter.
Knowledge Matters.
But none of it will make a difference if you don't first believe in yourself.
And not just when everything is going right.
You have to believe in yourself when the odds are stacked against you.
When the challenges feel insurmountable.
When you're not sure where any of this is leading or if it's even leading anywhere at all.
You have to believe in yourself when you're not seeing immediate results.
When you receive no external validation.
When you have no tangible evidence that you're on the right path.
Just a feeling deep inside you that you cannot shake.
You have to believe in yourself when nobody else does.
You have to be your own greatest supporter and fiercest advocate.
The person who never gives up on you.
Has to be you.
Because it's going to happen.
You're going to make it And one day,
Someone's going to ask you the secret to your success.
And you're going to look straight into their eyes and tell them that you showed up for yourself every single day.
You trusted your heart,
Even when it didn't make sense to anyone else.
You chose courage over fear over and over again,
And you believed in yourself every step of the way.
That's what got you to the top of the mountain.
Relentless and unwavering self-belief.
Breath in.
Release.
Can stay in the quiet of your own mind.
Turning inward or.
.
.
Meet me back.
In this space,
Opening your eyes.
I love this quote so much because It reminds me that Maybe.
.
.
The one thing.
That can help you be successful is if you just choose to say to yourself,
I believe in you.
You choose to listen to that calling,
That feeling you cannot shake that just tells you,
Yes,
Go do that thing,
Go do this.
Follow your heart in this way.
Maybe that's it.
Maybe that's the difference between the people that are successful and those that aren't.
It's just that self-belief.
And I know it's not easy to believe in some of our crazy dreams or ideas.
But action really breeds confidence.
And when we start to move toward those goals,
Toward the things that really light us up,
And we see,
Okay,
I got this,
I got this,
We can start to believe in ourselves more and more.
And that's the secret.
Believing,
And having this strong connection back to your deep knowing that you can and you will.
So I'm curious,
How can you believe in yourself a little more today?
What is it about you that you believe can get you to the top or can help you receive some sort of success and really Yeah,
Really just go for it and prove yourself and others wrong that you can do what you set yourself out to do.
One of my favourite quotes ever.
And especially the part where She writes,
You have to believe in yourself when you're not seeing immediate results.
I often think about there's this image of this.
Person who's mining for diamonds or whatever gold and there really chipping away day by day and they're not really seeing results.
They haven't found anything.
They turn around just before.
They hit the diamonds,
The gold.
And so it's just also about continue to go,
Even if you're not seeing immediate results or no external validation or no tangible evidence that you're on the right path.
Keep going,
Keep following one foot in front of the other because it's taking you where you need to go.
Yeah,
You just have to believe.
Believe in you.
And it doesn't have to be perfect.
You just have to show up.
So maybe wrap your arms around yourself.
Just say to yourself.
I believe in you.
Practice that thought,
That affirmation,
I believe in you.
Notice how this makes you feel.
I believe in you.
Breath in.
Breath out.
Blinking your eyes open if they were closed.
I believe in you,
My friend.
But you've got to believe in you too.
I'm here with you on this journey.
Sometimes it's messy and perfect.
But we continue to show up and do the things that we know in our heart is meant for us.
Keep following the calling.
Keep believing in yourself.
You got this.
From my heart to yours,
I'm Aileen Rose Miles.
Be kind to your mind.
I'll see you in the next one.
