Hi my friend,

Arrive here and softly land into this moment,

Breathe in slowly,

Exhale let something go,

Maybe close the windows of your eyes,

Let yourself drop into whatever is on your mind,

With loving awareness just see what is capturing your attention,

Notice your strongest thought,

Breathe with what you discover here as you get still and notice,

In breath,

My friend do not believe everything you think,

Remember that thoughts and emotions are simply visitors,

Just passing by,

Where is your mind?

Notice if you've been thinking a similar or maybe even the same thought throughout the day,

What thoughts are recycled?

Slow breath in,

Slow exhale,

Just because it's capturing your attention right now doesn't mean it will forever,

Just notice what's weighing heavy on your heart,

Let it be there and know that there is more to you,

We can start to shift our attention,

Our focus,

Where our focus goes,

Our energy flows,

It can be draining to think the same thoughts again and again that don't serve us,

Begin the gentle process of shifting your thoughts,

Shifting your attention,

Your focus,

Bring into your mind's eye something beautiful and wonderful that happened today,

To let your energy drift there and relive this experience,

Remembering who was present,

What happened,

When we shift our attention to the good,

It's like it's reciprocal,

It doesn't just take our energy,

We receive what a gift it is to experience these moments,

To shift our attention,

Pull your attention back to what really matters,

What is true,

What you have evidence of,

There's nothing to worry about my friend,

In this moment you are safe,

You are okay,

Allow your attention to keep settling here on the good,

Let your focus rest on everything you know,

Deep down,

Notice if there's been a shift in your heart,

Notice how your energy feels now,

May you continue to catch your attention,

Bring your awareness back inward and shift your focus,

Notice your energy,

I hope this empowers you,

Find awareness in your surroundings now,

Let it be slow,

No rush,

Maybe finding some intuitive movement to reawaken your body,

Blink your eyes open if they were closed,

Continue to shift your awareness my friend,

Your attention,

You can manage your energy,

You are worthy of feeling light,

Do not believe everything you think.

Great track. If I were engineering the recording, I would do one or more of the following: 1) use bilayer pop screen (maybe two of them), 2) increase distance from mic, 3) decrease input gain, 4) EQ out some of the higher frequency range. I would definitely add a touch of reverb to settle the vox into the music track, blending them into one cohesive performance. Just some suggestions to be taken or left. Thanks for this.
