Hi my friend.
Welcome yourself to this moment slowly,
Gently.
Take a moment to listen to your body.
Would you like to be seated or would you like to lay down?
Once you're in a comfortable space,
Take a breath in.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Starting the process of releasing.
Allowing your hands to open.
Letting go of any grip.
Turning inward.
Just sit with what's on your heart,
Your mind.
Ask yourself,
What am I holding on to that does not serve me?
What am I ready to release?
My friend,
Can you feel where this is stuck in your body?
This energy that no longer serves you.
Soften.
Use the breath to release.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Feel how the breath can pull this unneeded energy out of you.
Whispering to yourself out loud or in the quiet of your mind,
I release what no longer serves me.
I release what no longer serves me.
You can let go here.
You don't have to hold at all.
Notice where this energy can exit your body.
Maybe through your feet,
Your heart or the top of your head.
Imagine a doorway,
A portal.
This energy that's not yours,
That's not serving you can exit.
Be gone.
Set it free.
You can be without it.
I release what no longer serves me.
I release what no longer serves me.
There's a deep intelligence within the body.
It knows where you're gripping,
Where fear resides,
Where healing needs to happen.
The key is to listen without judgment,
To tune in with curiosity.
Each sensation,
Each area of tension is offering you information,
An invitation to release,
To expand,
To heal.
Trust the wisdom that comes from within.
Your body knows.
Your job is to create the space for it to be heard and choose to let go.
Tune into the body a little more.
Notice where any energy is lingering that still needs to be released.
Notice maybe the space you've created.
Maybe you just brushed the surface and that's okay.
Your awareness is beautiful.
We may have to release again and again and again.
Gentle inhale.
Gentle exhale.
Notice maybe a subtle shift here.
That's all that matters.
Be proud of yourself for doing this work.
Releasing what no longer serves you allows you to receive what does.
You are worthy.
On your next inhale,
Maybe reach your arms gently out and up.
Expanding,
Stretching,
Lifting.
Exhale,
Drop the hands to the heart.
Thank you body.
Thank you mind.
What will you carry with you from this practice today?
Only you know when it's time to blink your eyes open if they were closed,
Slowly coming back.
Thank you for practicing with me.
I'm right here with you always.
One more collective breath in and out.
From my heart to yours.
