Hi my friend.
I'm sharing this meditation with you because I feel it too.
The urgency to keep going.
Feeling like what I just did wasn't enough.
Whether it's a workout or a task or creating something.
That feeling of not enoughness can take over.
And then before we know it we're continuing to push on.
So I hope this meditation,
One that is short and sweet,
Can be one that you can press play on and remember.
You can be done.
You can stop.
You can rest.
You are enough.
Allow yourself to journey inward.
Closing your eyes if you'd like and place maybe one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly and just hold yourself.
And as you hold yourself know that you are holding space for this feeling.
This feeling that really is just this desire to prove yourself.
To get there.
To finally be enough.
To finally do enough.
That my friend is an illusion.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale.
Let it go.
You can let go here.
Breathe in.
Exhale.
You can let go here.
You have permission to be done.
To stop what you are doing and be done.
Breathe in.
Exhale.
Sit with the feelings of resistance,
Of urgency.
Whisper to yourself,
It is safe to slow down.
It is safe to rest.
It is safe to be still.
There is nothing that you can do or not do that will change your worth.
There is nothing more for you to do.
Whisper in the quiet of your own mind or out loud,
I am complete.
I am complete.
I have done enough.
I am enough.
I have done enough.
I am enough.
I am whole.
I am whole.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
The rest and the not doing.
Is important.
You deserve this feeling right here.
And you do not have to earn it.

You are free to be done.
