Hi friend,
This is for you to sit with the limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
This meditation will help you create the awareness you need to really see the fear or see the limiting thoughts that are not serving you.
My hope is that this meditation will encourage you and will help you feel more confident.
More ready and more empowered.
Slowly start to deepen your breath.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Feel the softening into your heart,
Your body.
Breathe in.
Let it go.
Start by arriving here.
Just seeing yourself as you are right here.
Noticing how it feels to be you today.
Follow the breath in.
Follow the breath out.
I know it's so easy to get stuck beneath a limiting belief.
It's sometimes subconscious and we don't even realize it.
We don't even realize that we are the ones holding ourselves back.
My friend,
You are far too wise to be the only thing standing in your way.
Notice what your limiting belief is fueled by.
Fear.
Self-doubt.
Self-judgment.
Insecurity.
Uncertainty.
A limiting belief that I think is very universal is that we all think to some degree that we are not enough.
This limiting belief keeps you small.
It keeps you distracted from living out your purpose.
Breathe in.
Breathe it out.
Breathe it out.
What other thoughts are in your subconscious that are running your life?
What a gift it is to have this practice to create the awareness we need to move out from underneath the limiting belief.
Carl Jung says,
Until you make the subconscious conscious,
It will direct your life and you will call it fate.
You are not your limiting beliefs.
You are not your limiting beliefs.
You are how you choose to respond and reframe these limiting beliefs.
You are beyond enough.
You always have been.
You are beyond capable.
You always have been.
Maybe this really is a practice of allowing ourselves to see ourselves in a whole new way and challenge all of our thoughts.
And challenge all of our thoughts.
There is a you that is possible.
A you that doesn't have any limiting beliefs.
My friend,
Your purpose is greater than the fear that limits you.
Don't let fear make nothing happen.
In this moment,
Can you remember you are limitless?
Breathe in slow.
Let it go.
What is something that you need to start believing about yourself?
Something that will help you live the life you are worthy of living.

What do you believe about you now?
Remembering to not believe everything you think.

You can be a gatekeeper where you notice a thought and choose to welcome it in or choose to say no,
You are not welcome here.
It takes a conscious effort.
It is possible to feel free from all the limiting beliefs you are worthy.
