Welcome to the new year.
This meditation is for you to ease into the new year and remember that you are not broken and so therefore there's nothing that you need to fix or change about you.
This meditation will help you feel more ease and less urgency.
You can start the year soft and grounded and steady.
You can arrive in awe.
Allow your breath to help you arrive.
Inhaling through your nose.
Big exhale out your mouth.
Breathe it in slowly.
Exhale let it go.
Feel the relief and the presence in your body.
You are here.
It's been a year.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale settle.
Softening your eyes.
Closing them if that feels okay.
Bringing your gaze inward.
Seeing yourself right here.
Softening in body.
Feeling your forehead and your jaw.
Your entire face relax.
Allowing your heart and your shoulders to soften.
Feel gravity pull you down as you gently land in this moment.
Follow the breath in.
Follow the breath out.
Notice the energy around your heart.
Do you feel a sense of urgency or anxiety?
My friend,
You are right on time and you are enough right here.
What if it's possible that this year you could free yourself from any resolution?
There's nothing about you that needs to change or be fixed.
Can you fully believe that right here?
Can you fully welcome and accept yourself in your entirety?
This energy of acceptance and contentment and being a loving witness allows everything to work out.
It allows growth to inevitably occur.
Change to happen naturally.
Breathe it in and let it go.

Let it go.
Can you feel the pressure lift?
Can you feel the expectations lift?
Everything that comes when December turns into January.
Yes,
It's a new year,
But you are the same person.
You are enough.
You have done enough and you are enough.
Really let yourself be,
Even when there's so much to do.
Let yourself be and arrive here in complete awe of you.
Allow yourself to be as soft as you have been strong this year.
Feeling the softness and the ease.
Maybe placing your hands over your heart and whispering to yourself,
I am so proud of you.
You've come so far this year.
Only you know in the quiet of your own heart the road that you've traveled to get here.
