Begin to turn inward,
Allow your mind to really rest on your breath,
Closing your eyes if you'd like and reconnect to your inhale and your exhale.
Feel into the simplicity of this moment,
All you need to do is arrive here,
Follow your breath in,
Follow your breath out.
What parts of you are you resisting?
Is there a way that you feel or a way that you are that you are resisting?
Is there something about yourself that you feel is imperfect or flawed?
You are allowed to feel,
You are allowed to be as you are,
There is nothing you need to fix or change about you.
Welcome in all parts of yourself here right now.
If there are parts of you that you resist,
That you turn away from,
Or maybe parts of you that you try to hide away,
It will inevitably dim your light,
The parts of you that you don't like are worthy of being seen,
Of being known.
This is how you become whole,
Not by changing or fixing parts of you that you wish were different,
But by welcoming all parts of you in,
There is nothing wrong with you,
You are not broken.
Breathe in slow,
Let it all go,
I know how it feels to wish that maybe you didn't feel anxious or jealous or insecure,
My friend,
These are simply the parts of you that are worth exploring,
These are the parts of you that are worthy of more love,
Not less.
Can you imagine holding these parts of you,
Pulling them into you,
Welcoming them,
Accepting them,
All these parts of you make you whole.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Bring into your heart's awareness a part of you that you struggle with,
Maybe it's the part of you that is fearful or insecure,
Imagine energetically holding this part of you,
Soothing this part of you,
And instead of wishing this part of you away,
You invite it in,
You acknowledge and hold space,
For without this part of you,
You wouldn't be whole,
You wouldn't be human.

We are here to be whole,
To be real,
To be human,
And to truly experience life,
Alive to it all.
If it feels right to you,
Wrap your arms around yourself,
Giving a hug to all the various parts of you that make you complete,

Maybe speak directly to the part of you that feels hard to accept,
Give yourself one more squeeze and really feel yourself coming back to your wholeness,

This awareness,
Notice how your perspective of you has shifted,
What a gift it is to see yourself with loving awareness,
Feel this freedom of pursuing wholeness,
Thank goodness these parts of you exist,

Feel your body just sink deeper into whatever is holding you,
Bring awareness to the ground,
The cushion beneath you,
Feel this shift in your energy,
Promise yourself in this moment that you will continue to embrace all parts of you,
